J&#8217;ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que le mois de janvier \u00e9tait un mois d&#8217;essai ; cette ann\u00e9e, 2018 commence le 1er f\u00e9vrier ! En la lisant, je me suis sentie soulag\u00e9e ; c&#8217;\u00e9tait exactement ce que je ressentais et disais autour de moi depuis le 1er janvier, alors cette citation arrivait comme une confirmation de mon \u00e9tat d&#8217;esprit. 2017 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e magique et que je ne referais pas diff\u00e9remment si j&#8217;avais \u00e0 le faire, mais elle \u00e9tait aussi tr\u00e8s charg\u00e9e. Dans mon\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/12\/31\/best-of-2017-food-lifestyle\/\">Best Of 2017 (Food + Lifestyle)<\/a>\u00a0je reviens sur les temps forts de cette ann\u00e9e, des \u00e9v\u00e9nements cl\u00e9s, voyages, aux projets culinaires divers, et annonce mes envies pour le blog en 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Tout est arriv\u00e9 si vite depuis. En juste un mois, j&#8217;ai re-design\u00e9 un peu le style du blog pour vous en faciliter l&#8217;utilisation (je travaille toujours \u00e0 certains ajustements, soyez patients), j&#8217;ai d\u00e9velop\u00e9, stylis\u00e9, photographi\u00e9 et r\u00e9dig\u00e9 de nouvelles recettes, et j&#8217;ai vu les visites sur mon blog litt\u00e9ralement exploser. J&#8217;en profite pour vous remercier du fond du coeur pour votre soutien et \u00eatre ainsi de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 me suivre chaque jour. En d\u00e9pit de toutes ces bonnes nouvelles, je n&#8217;\u00e9tais pas encore compl\u00e8tement pr\u00eate pour tous les changements que je voulais mettre en oeuvre pour le blog en 2018. Une recette de p\u00e2tisserie fran\u00e7aise chaque mois !<\/h2>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de nombreuses <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/category\/recipes-recettes\/cuisines\/american-recipes\/\">recettes am\u00e9ricaines<\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/category\/recipes-recettes\/cuisines\/swedish-recipes\/\">recettes su\u00e9doises<\/a>, cons\u00e9quence logique de mon exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger. P\u00e2tissi\u00e8re auto-didacte, je suis tenace et ai une soif d&#8217;apprendre d\u00e9bordante. L&#8217;an dernier j&#8217;ai d&#8217;ailleurs donn\u00e9 des cours de boulange et p\u00e2tisserie fran\u00e7aises \u00e0 Chicago. Il est maintenant temps de partager ces techniques avec vous.<\/p>\n<p>Sur ce point, j&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 l&#8217;ann\u00e9e d\u00e8s le mois de janvier puisque je vous ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2018\/01\/09\/french-galettes-des-rois-with-tonka-bean\/\">guide \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape pour r\u00e9aliser une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e maison<\/a>, p\u00e2te que j&#8217;ai ensuite utilis\u00e9e pour une galette des rois. Ce guide a \u00e9t\u00e9 tout un projet m\u00e9ticuleux et fastidieux afin de ne louper aucune \u00e9tape, mais je suis heureuse de l&#8217;avoir fait, et j&#8217;esp\u00e8re qu&#8217;il vous sera utile autant qu&#8217;\u00e0 moi. Encore plus de recettes v\u00e9g\u00e9ta*iennes<\/h2>\n<p>C&#8217;est juste le prolongement d&#8217;une tendance d\u00e9j\u00e0 enclench\u00e9e. L&#8217;an dernier, 97% des recettes du blog \u00e9taient v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes et parmi elles, 40% \u00e9taient v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes (ou &#8220;vegan&#8221; comme on dit plus couramment). Sans en \u00eatre moi m\u00eame, je crois fermement en les bienfaits d&#8217;un r\u00e9gime qui fait la part belle aux ingr\u00e9dients issus des plantes et en fais la base de mon alimentation au quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>Je sais que vous \u00eates de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 revenir sur le blog pour mes recettes v\u00e9g\u00e9ta*iennes que vous aimez \u00e0 la fois color\u00e9es et m\u00ealant d&#8217;originales et subtiles saveurs ensemble. Cette s\u00e9rie a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi l&#8217;occasion d&#8217;\u00eatre un peu plus intime en vous racontant des moments forts de ma vie tels que mon mariage par exemple. Il n&#8217;est jamais facile de trouver le ton juste lorsqu&#8217;on parle de soi, mais j&#8217;esp\u00e8re que mes petites aventures vous ont plu.<\/p>\n<p>Tandis que cette s\u00e9rie touche d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 sa fin, j&#8217;ai soif de nouveaux articles Lifestyle, qui tourneront davantage autour de sujets culinaires proprement dits, allant de mes r\u00e9flexions personnelles \u00e0 des sujets plus pointus, n&#8217;h\u00e9sitant pas \u00e0 sortir des sentiers battus. En d&#8217;autres termes, je veux partager avec vous mon amour pour la cuisine en allant plus loin que des recettes, tout en maintenant ce lien inter-personnel avec vous, et en partageant de temps \u00e0 autre quelques citations (souvent en anglais comme aujourd&#8217;hui). Il s&#8217;agit tout simplement de compilation de recettes autour de th\u00e8mes donn\u00e9s, vous donnant l&#8217;inspiration pour cuisiner des recettes compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rentes les unes des autres avec un seul et m\u00eame ingr\u00e9dient. Publier mon livre de cuisine (!)<\/h2>\n<p>Wow, c&#8217;est assez effrayant pour moi que de donner vie \u00e0 ces quelques mots. Il est en effet grand temps pour moi de sortir de ma zone de confort et de vous d\u00e9voiler que j&#8217;ai r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un livre de cuisine (oui !).\u00a0 Cela peut sembler un peu audacieux mais j&#8217;en ai parl\u00e9 il y a quelques temps dans ma story Instagram et ai depuis \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9e par un \u00e9diteur. Rien n&#8217;est encore fait mais j&#8217;esp\u00e8re vraiment que 2018 me donnera la possibilit\u00e9 de mettre en oeuvre ce projet de longue date. Mais aussi&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Au milieu de tous ces projets culinaires, j&#8217;aspire aussi \u00e0 trouver un \u00e9quilibre dans tout ce que j&#8217;entreprends en 2018. Je suis une &#8220;workaholic&#8221; comme on dit en anglais et il m&#8217;arrive assez souvent de travailler de 7h du matin jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 plus de minuit plusieurs fois par semaine. J&#8217;ai donc besoin de faire de mon mode de vie une priorit\u00e9 pour tenir sur le long terme, en prenant le temps de faire du sport (course \u00e0 pied et yoga pour ma part) mais aussi en acceptant de prendre des temps de repos et peut \u00eatre m&#8217;essayer \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation. Je ressens aussi de plus en plus le besoin de faire de temps en temps des &#8220;d\u00e9toxs&#8221; de r\u00e9seaux sociaux en vue de me recentrer sur moi m\u00eame et me ressourcer, \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 pour la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Et maintenant nous y voici, nous sommes le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2018 et je suis pr\u00eate \u00e0 appuyer sur le bouton &#8220;on&#8221; de 2018.
