Les cr\u00eapes et moi, c&#8217;est une histoire d&#8217;amour depuis toute petite et c&#8217;est aussi la toute premi\u00e8re recette que j&#8217;ai appris \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser (avec l&#8217;incontournable g\u00e2teau au yaourt bien s\u00fbr). Comme beaucoup d&#8217;entre vous je suis s\u00fbre, je les aime fines et l\u00e9g\u00e8res. Ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e est nature, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement saupoudr\u00e9e de sucre et de jus de citron. Une version toute simple qui est aussi pour moi la meilleure facon de savoir si la cr\u00eape en elle m\u00eame est bonne.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le reste, il existe quelques r\u00e8gles toutes simples \u00e0 avoir en t\u00eate pour r\u00e9ussir ses cr\u00eapes \u00e0 tous les coups (repos de la p\u00e2te, comment \u00e9viter des grumeaux&#8230;). Cette fois-ci, j&#8217;ai relev\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi d&#8217;en r\u00e9aliser une version sans oeufs et sans produits laitiers (et donc de fait vegan). Ce n&#8217;est en aucun cas ce que l&#8217;on recherche dans une cr\u00eape qui je le r\u00e9p\u00e8te se doit d&#8217;\u00eatre fine, l\u00e9g\u00e8re et souple. R\u00e9aliser une cr\u00eape vegan n&#8217;est pas tr\u00e8s difficile en soi; l&#8217;ajout de cacao est en revanche ce qui rend l&#8217;entreprise d\u00e9licate pour obtenir \u00e0 la fois la texture et la couleur souhait\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s pas moins de 3 essais qui se sont tous termin\u00e9s par des \u00e9checs, j&#8217;ai enfin trouv\u00e9 ce que j&#8217;appelle la parfaite recette de cr\u00eapes au chocolat vegan. Notez ici qu&#8217;il est important pour cela d&#8217;utiliser du cacao en poudre non sucr\u00e9, le seul que vous devriez d&#8217;ailleurs avoir chez vous \u00e0 utiliser dans tout type de p\u00e2tisserie avec du cacao. Pour tout vous dire, j&#8217;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 mon id\u00e9e de la recette pour l&#8217;avoir essay\u00e9e il y a peu dans mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/12\/15\/vegan-caramel-gingerbread-naked-cake\/\">Vegan Gingerbread Naked Cake au Caramel<\/a>, \u00e0 quelques petites modifications pr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Je n&#8217;ai jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s dou\u00e9e avec la sauce caramel maison en d\u00e9pit de tous ceux qui vous disent qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a rien de plus facile et j&#8217;ai tout simplement cess\u00e9 d&#8217;en r\u00e9aliser moi m\u00eame, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que je d\u00e9couvre cette version vegan qui est depuis ma recette f\u00e9tiche. R\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec de la cr\u00e8me de coco (la partie solide du lait de coco) \u00e0 la place du beurre, elle mijote \u00e0 feu doux-moyen avec du sucre brun jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne sirupeux.
