Je ne m&#8217;en plains pas, j&#8217;aime beaucoup le contraste des saisons et appr\u00e9cie toute la po\u00e9sie qui s&#8217;y cache. Ce temps nous rappelle aussi que le corps humain a besoin de nourritures r\u00e9confortantes et de plats chauds, ce qui stimule ma cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 en cuisine pour partager avec vous le meilleur de l&#8217;hiver dans notre assiette.<\/p>\n<p>Les soupes, p\u00e2tes, risottos et autres plats nourrissants s&#8217;invitent ainsi de plus en plus souvent dans ma cuisine au quotidien, ayant cette particularit\u00e9 de nous laisser rassasi\u00e9s tout en nous r\u00e9chauffant de l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur. R\u00e9cemment, je me suis \u00e9galement retrouv\u00e9e \u00e0 cuisiner de plus en plus souvent avec de la polenta. Vous avez peut \u00eatre remarqu\u00e9 mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/12\/08\/caramelized-red-onions-polenta-bites-vegan-gluten-free\/\">bouch\u00e9es de polenta aux oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s<\/a>\u00a0il y a quelques semaines par exemple. Jetez-la en pluie \u00e0 un m\u00e9lange d&#8217;eau et de lait (vous pouvez utiliser du lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal) pr\u00e9alablement chauff\u00e9 et fouttez fr\u00e9quemment pour \u00e9viter que des grumeux ne se forment. Au bout de 20 minutes environ, le m\u00e9lange devient \u00e9pais et cr\u00e9meux. Incorporez alors le ch\u00e8vre frais, assaisonnez et r\u00e9servez au chaud.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, il vous faut pr\u00e9parer les choux de Bruxelles. Je sais que certains d&#8217;entre vous ne les aiment pas et mon avis \u00e0 ce sujet est que cela vient probablement du fait qu&#8217;ils ne vous ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s de la meilleure mani\u00e8re qui soit. En France, on a pour habitude de simplement les faire sauter \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans un peu de beurre ou d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, ce qui les rend assez fades et tristes. J&#8217;ai d&#8217;ailleurs longtemps cru que je n&#8217;aimais pas les choux de Bruxelles alors qu&#8217;ils n&#8217;\u00e9taient tout simlement pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Et puis un jour, j&#8217;ai emm\u00e9nag\u00e9 aux US et ai d\u00e9couvert d&#8217;autres fa\u00e7ons de les accommoder. Et il se trouve que les choux de Bruxelles sont pour moi un r\u00e9gal lorsqu&#8217;ils sont r\u00f4tis au four et servis ensuite avec une sauce sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s avoir simplement r\u00f4ti les choux de Bruxelles au four avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils deviennent dor\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur et tendres \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur, j&#8217;ai ensuite pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction de vinaigre balsamique.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser cette r\u00e9duction balsamique, je m\u00e9lange ensemble du vinaigre balsamique, du miel et de la moutarde de Dijon et fait chauffer ce m\u00e9langer \u00e0 feu doux-moyen dans une petite casserole, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe et devienne sirupeux. Cela constitue un plat de tous les jours des plus r\u00e9confortants et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour des occasions sp\u00e9ciales accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;un verre de vin rouge ou de vin blanc selon votre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence (le plat s&#8217;adapte aux deux).<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, notez que cette polenta peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en version vegan. Dans ce cas, il vous suffira de remplacer le lait par du lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et d&#8217;omettre le ch\u00e8vre de la recette.
