Personnellement je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re cette derni\u00e8re version, mais sentez-vous libres d&#8217;opter pour la premi\u00e8re si vous n&#8217;avez pas d&#8217;emporte pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un visuel qui peut impressionner, le tartare de poissons n&#8217;a absolument rien de compliqu\u00e9 et est m\u00eame d&#8217;une simplicit\u00e9 enfantine (cf. la petite vid\u00e9o-tutorielle que je vous ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9e). Il suffit de m\u00e9langer ensemble tous les ingr\u00e9dients et de laisser mariner. C&#8217;est tout ! Une de vos recettes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es du blog est d&#8217;ailleurs le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2014\/12\/11\/salmon-tartare-with-avocado-mango\/\">tartare de saumon, avocat et mangue<\/a>. Cette recette a des saveurs un peu plus asiatiques et vous rappellera d&#8217;ailleurs peut \u00eatre mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2016\/06\/29\/sesame-crusted-ahi-tuna-with-zoodles\/\">thon ahi au s\u00e9same grill\u00e9 et tagliatelles de courgettes<\/a>. Vous y retrouvez notamment le thon, la sauce soja et le gingembre frais, des saveurs que j&#8217;aime particuli\u00e8rement ensemble. La diff\u00e9rence majeure repose sur le thon qui est ici utilis\u00e9 cru et non pas saisi rapidement sur toutes ses faces.<\/p>\n<p>Comme pour toute recette impliquant du poisson cru, le choix du thon est crucial. Malheureusement il n&#8217;existe pas de moyen suffisamment fiable pour savoir si votre poisson peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 cru sans danger car certains commer\u00e7ants le servent frais alors qu&#8217;il a pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9t\u00e9 surgel\u00e9 (notamment ici aux US). Optez plut\u00f4t pour du thon labell\u00e9 &#8220;sushi&#8221; ou &#8220;sashimi&#8221; si vous trouvez, et de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pas en supermarch\u00e9. La meilleure fa\u00e7on reste encore d&#8217;avoir une relation de confiance avec votre poissonnier pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr d&#8217;\u00eatre bien guid\u00e9 sur ce point et ne prendre aucun risque sanitaire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe frameborder=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/T7GNHmhQc88\" width=\"560\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Pour ce qui est du reste des ingr\u00e9dients, rien de compliqu\u00e9 si ce n&#8217;est quelques r\u00e8gles \u00e0 garder en m\u00e9moire. Par exemple pour un joli visuel choisissez votre avocat ni trop ferme (sans saveur) ni trop m\u00fbr (qui s&#8217;\u00e9crase alors en pur\u00e9e). Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le gingembre frais r\u00e2p\u00e9 plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;\u00e9minc\u00e9 finement ou en poudre car sa saveur est alors plus prononc\u00e9e. Vous remarquerez aussi que j&#8217;utilise ici un petit piment rouge \u00e9minc\u00e9 finement. Si vous n&#8217;aimez pas vos plats trop \u00e9pic\u00e9s, vous pouvez utiliser qu&#8217;un demi piment ou bien l&#8217;omettre compl\u00e8tement (bien que je le recommande pour ma part).<\/p>\n<p>Quant-\u00e0 la corianre, je l&#8217;ai ajout\u00e9e ici comme &#8220;optionnelle&#8221; car j&#8217;ai pu constater au fil du temps que beaucoup de personnes n&#8217;aiment pas trop sa saveur (personnellement j&#8217;en mettrais presque partout si je pouvais!). La bonne nouvelle si vous vous reconnaissez ici est que vous pouvez parfaitement vous en passer, donc fa\u00eetes vraiment comme vous voulez.
