L&#8217;an dernier j&#8217;avais partag\u00e9 mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2016\/10\/08\/vegan-pink-beet-pancakes-for-pink-october\/\">pancakes roses vegan<\/a> pour l&#8217;occasion, une recette naturellement color\u00e9e (pas de colorant alimentaire), saine, et qui a beaucoup plu. Partager une recette en guise de soutien d&#8217;une telle cause peut sembler bien modeste, mais si vous y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez un peu, tout commence dans l&#8217;assiette, et il m&#8217;importe ici de rappeler combien l&#8217;alimentation est primordiale pour mener une vie saine.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 travers cette nouvelle recette rose &#8220;healthy&#8221;, je tiens donc \u00e0 t\u00e9moigner mon soutien \u00e0 toutes les femmes qui luttent actuellement contre le cancer du sein, leur t\u00e9moigner tout mon soutien et ma sympathie, ainsi qu&#8217;\u00e0 toute autre personne souffrant d&#8217;un cancer en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Lorsque j&#8217;ai r\u00e9dig\u00e9 ma recette de pancakes roses l&#8217;an dernier, je n&#8217;avais encore aucune id\u00e9e que je perdrais mon oncle et cher parrain brutalement d&#8217;un cancer quelques semaines plus tard. Tout est arriv\u00e9 si vite, et il est parti trop t\u00f4t, bien trop jeune. Se marier quelques mois plus tard sans sa pr\u00e9sence tant souhait\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s difficile, et David et moi avons alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire don de la moiti\u00e9 de nos cadeaux en argent \u00e0 la recherche contre le cancer. Un snack naturellement rose que l&#8217;on peut appr\u00e9cier \u00e0 tout moment de la journ\u00e9e. J&#8217;aime beaucoup les boules \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, que j&#8217;aime pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&#8217;avance pour en avoir sous la main toute la semaine. R\u00e9aliser ces snacks est aussi une excellente facon d&#8217;avoir un contr\u00f4le plein et entier sur les ingr\u00e9dients que l&#8217;on utilise, contrairement aux boules \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques que l&#8217;on ach\u00e8te qui, aussi saines soient-elles, contiennent la plupart du temps des conservateurs. J&#8217;aime pour ma part m\u00e9langer plusieurs fruits rouges (framboises, myrtilles et m\u00fbres), mais vous pouvez utiliser uniquement des myrtilles ou des framboises si vous le souhaitez. Pour cette recette, je me suis inspir\u00e9e de la talentueuse\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bowl-and-spoon.com\/\">Bowl and Spoon<\/a>, qui ajoute de l&#8217;a\u00e7ai \u00e0 sa recette. L&#8217;a\u00e7ai a l&#8217;avantage d&#8217;\u00eatre un tr\u00e8s fort concentr\u00e9 en vitamine C et vous pouvez parfaitement en ajouter une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe \u00e0 cette recette. J&#8217;ai choisi ici de ne pas en mettre afin que la recette soit accessible \u00e0 tous (la pr\u00e9sence de certains superaliments mal ou peu connus peut en d\u00e9courager plus d&#8217;un). Si toutefois vous \u00eates familiers avec les superaliments et\/ou que vous en avez chez vous, utilisez-les (d\u00e9couvrez les propri\u00e9\u00e9s de l&#8217;a\u00e7ai sur la sant\u00e9 dans mon article sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/09\/16\/acai-pecan-chia-pudding\/\">pudding aux graines de chia,\u00a0a\u00e7ai et noix de p\u00e9can<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Naturellement vegan, ces petits snacks sont \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sans gluten et vous apporteront de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie pour recharger les batteries, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la combinaison flocons d&#8217;avoine\/farine de riz. Il vous appartient ensuite de les sucrer selon votre go\u00fbt, utilisant de l&#8217;agave ou du sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable, ou en en rempla\u00e7ant l&#8217;un ou l&#8217;autre par des dattes fra\u00eeches d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es. La consistence de la p\u00e2te ainsi obtenue peut alors \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente, et vous aurez peut \u00eatre besoin d&#8217;ajouter un peu d&#8217;eau pour rendre l&#8217;ensemble plus mal\u00e9able afin de former des petites boules, ou \u00e0 l&#8217;inverse d&#8217;ajouter un peu de flocons d&#8217;avoine si la mixture est trop humide.<\/p>\n<p><img
