Eh bien me revoil\u00e0 comme promis aujourd&#8217;hui avec la deuxi\u00e8me partie de cette recette qui entre dans la composition du dessert d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui, la banoffee pie. L&#8217;aviez-vous devin\u00e9 ? Encore une fois, je rappelle qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit bien ici d&#8217;une &#8220;vraie-fausse&#8221; confiture de lait et plus rapide que la recette traditionnelle r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour sa part \u00e0 partir d&#8217;un seul ingr\u00e9dient que l&#8217;on fait mijoter pendant des heures pour obtenir la consistence souhait\u00e9e. J&#8217;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement bluff\u00e9e par la simplicit\u00e9 de cette version express, qui est pourtant tr\u00e8s proche de la confiture de lait tant niveau texture que niveau go\u00fbt, et c&#8217;est pourquoi j&#8217;ai tenu \u00e0 la partager avec vous. En 3 \u00e0 5 minutes seulement, vous obtenez une cr\u00e8me onctueuse que vous pouvez alors \u00e9taler sur de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/09\/19\/easy-french-crepes\/\">d\u00e9licieuses cr\u00eapes<\/a>, sur une tranche de brioche, verser sur de la glace \u00e0 la vanille&#8230; ou encore dans le fond de cette banoffee pie !<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es en tant que blogueuse culinaire, je n&#8217;avais encore jamais partag\u00e9 de recette de banoffee pie sur le blog. Il \u00e9tait temps d&#8217;y rem\u00e9dier. Il existe de tr\u00e8s nombreuses recettes et il est facile de s&#8217;y perdre. Afin de vous \u00e9pargner cela, j&#8217;ai choisi pour vous une recette toute simple qui est aussi ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. Aavant d&#8217;aller plus loin, laissez moi revenir un instant sur l&#8217;histoire de cette recette. Avez-vous une petite id\u00e9e de son origine et d&#8217;\u00e0 quand elle remonte ? Pour ma part je pensais qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agissait d&#8217;un dessert am\u00e9ricain. J&#8217;avais tort. La base est donc constitu\u00e9e de biscuits \u00e9mi\u00e9tt\u00e9s de type biscuits Digestive, Graham Crackers ou encore biscuits shortbreads, selon ce que vous trouvez en magasin, combin\u00e9s avec du beurre fondu. Une fois que la mixture est bien humide, il vous suffit de la verser directement dans le plat \u00e0 tarte et de l&#8217;aplatir avec vos mains ou \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un fond de verre plat. Ici j&#8217;ai opt\u00e9 pour la version moderne r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec des biscuits, mais vous pouvez parfaitement la remplacer par une p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez. Pour cela, je vous propose <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2016\/09\/13\/american-apple-pie\/\">ma p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e inratable<\/a> ici et de diviser les proportions par deux. Pensez simplement \u00e0 cuire la p\u00e2te \u00e0 blanc pendant 10-12 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0C avant de la garnir.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite il vous faut pr\u00e9parer la garniture, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 base de lait concentr\u00e9, de sucre brun et de beurre (tr\u00e8s riche oui, je sais). Vous serez surpris de voir combien c&#8217;est simple. Je ne sais pas vous mais pour ma part je me sens toujours un peu stress\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;id\u00e9e de r\u00e9aliser du caramel au beurre sal\u00e9, et bien que certains se proclament experts et s&#8217;\u00e9vertuent \u00e0 dire qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a rien de compliqu\u00e9 l\u00e0 dedans, je maintiens que c&#8217;est n\u00e9anmoins une op\u00e9ration relativement d\u00e9licate n\u00e9cessitant d&#8217;\u00eatre vigilent \u00e0 certains param\u00e8tres tels la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 laquelle on chauffe le sucre ou encore l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais afin d&#8217;obtenir le r\u00e9sultat attendu. Il vous suffit de combiner tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble, de les faire chauffer quelques minutes \u00e0 feu moyen sans cesser de remuer, et c&#8217;est pr\u00eat. D&#8217;une simplicit\u00e9 enfantine, et c&#8217;est pourquoi je n&#8217;ai pu r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l&#8217;id\u00e9e de partager la recette avec vous. Mon conseil : doublez les proportions et gardez-en\u00a0 la moiti\u00e9 pour cette banoffee pie, la moiti\u00e9 que vous versez dans un bocal en verre pour servir avec vos cr\u00eapes, dans un yaourt ou avec de la glace \u00e0 la vanille.<\/p>\n<p>Mais pour l&#8217;heure, versons-la par dessus cette base de biscuits \u00e9mi\u00e9tt\u00e9s. Ajoutez par dessus les rondelles de bananes, de la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e, et votre banoffee pie est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eate ! Notez que j&#8217;ai ici choisi de foutter ma cr\u00e8me liquide sans ajouter de sucre suppl\u00e9mentaire, le dessert \u00e9tant d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisamment sucr\u00e9 de base. De fait, lorsque j&#8217;ai servi la banoffee pie que vous avez sous vos yeux \u00e0 mes invit\u00e9s, j&#8217;ai recu le plus beau compliment que l&#8217;on ait pu me faire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent de la part d&#8217;un invit\u00e9 : &#8220;Oh wow, a-t-il dit, en savourant sa premi\u00e8re bouch\u00e9e. Dans quelle p\u00e2tisserie l&#8217;avez-vous achet\u00e9 ?&#8221;. Tout \u00e9tait dit, et je dois avouer que je n&#8217;\u00e9tais pas peu fi\u00e8re de r\u00e9pondre : &#8220;Eh bien, c&#8217;est moi qui l&#8217;ai fa\u00eete !&#8221;.
