Ou de d\u00e9jeuner. Mais ils pourraient aussi faire l&#8217;affaire pour un brunch ou un petit d\u00e9jeuner sal\u00e9. En somme, toute occasion est bonne pour savourer des toasts ou tartines selon la d\u00e9nomination qu&#8217;on leur pr\u00e9f\u00e8re. J&#8217;ai grandi avec du pain \u00e0 tous les repas et s&#8217;il y avait un seul ingr\u00e9dient que je devais garder dans ma vie, ce serait certainement le pain. Tr\u00e8s fran\u00e7ais, je vous l&#8217;accorde. Il existe toutes sortes de pain dans le monde, mais ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence va tout simplement au pain de campagne, au pain noir et \u00e0 la baguette (\u00e9tant tr\u00e8s regardante sur la qualit\u00e9 de cette derni\u00e8re).<\/p>\n<p>Je peux manger du pain nature, sans rien, comme tout un chacun qui revient de la boulangerie en chipant le quignon de pain encore frais et chaud, ou bien avec du beurre en d\u00e9but de repas comme font les Su\u00e9dois (en Su\u00e8de, c&#8217;est la seule fa\u00e7on de manger du pain, jamais nature ni pendant le repas), ou encore avec de la confiture, ou du fromage. Il n&#8217;est pas une seule journ\u00e9e sans pain chez moi, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9cu pr\u00e8s de 8 ans \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger. Au milieu de tout cela, rien ne vous retient pour les rendre saines et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es tout \u00e0 la fois. Voici quelques id\u00e9es de toasts\/tartines que j&#8217;aime beaucoup :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/07\/18\/simple-beet-avocado-toast\/\">Avocado toasts \u00e0 la betterave<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/03\/21\/tahini-sun-dried-tomato-toast-vegan\/\">Tartines de tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et tahini (vegan)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2016\/04\/11\/spring-vegetables-and-ricotta-tartines\/\">Tartines printani\u00e8res \u00e0 la ricotta<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2013\/12\/04\/pumpkin-walnut-tartine-with-blue-cheese\/\">Tartines de potimaron, noix et bleu d&#8217;Auvergne<\/a><\/li>\n<li>(Sans oublier le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/11\/08\/savory-french-toasts-topped-with-kale-and-balsamic-onion-jam\/\">Pain perdu au kale et confit d&#8217;oignons au vinaigre balsamique<\/a>\u00a0et en version sucr\u00e9e le fameux\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2016\/05\/17\/strawberry-french-toasts\/\">\u00a0Pain perdu aux fraises<\/a>\u00a0! Certes le pain perdu est une autre histoire, mais r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec des tartines de pain \u00e0 la base !)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et il semble que je n&#8217;ai pas dit mon dernier mot puisque me revoil\u00e0 aujourd&#8217;hui encore avec une nouvelle recette de toasts qui est ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e du moment. Des \u00e9pinards, des champignons, du tofu fum\u00e9 ; tels sont les ingr\u00e9dients principaux qui entrent dans la pr\u00e9paration de ces toasts. Il vous suffit de les faire sauter \u00e0 la po\u00eale quelques instants avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, puis de les disposer sur une tartine pr\u00e9ablement g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement garnie d&#8217;une sauce au tahini avec un peu de citron pour apporter une petite touche de fra\u00eecheur. Cela vous prendra un peu plus de temps \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer mais vous permettra d&#8217;avoir un contr\u00f4le entier sur les ingr\u00e9dients que vous utilisez.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
