Vos amis ne vont pas tarder \u00e0 vous demander la recette, soyez-en s\u00fbr !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le hummus est une petite obsession chez moi. J&#8217;adore \u00e7a, et cela fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Cette tartinade de pois chiches est toute simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et fait un snack ou une tartinade saine que vous pouvez d\u00e9cliner aux fruits de vos envies, jouant avec les \u00e9pices (paprika, cumin, curry, ou encore turmeric) ou en ajoutant quelques ingr\u00e9dients pour en r\u00e9aliser une version am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. J&#8217;avoue qu&#8217;il m&#8217;arrive parfois d&#8217;en acheter du d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait en magasin par manque de temps (ou plut\u00f4t arguant l&#8217;excuse du manque de temps), mais je suis \u00e0 chaque fois d\u00e9cue. Mon conseil : diviser ce hummus en deux et agr\u00e9menter chaque moiti\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9pices diff\u00e9rentes. Le hummus se conserve plusieurs jours au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et je me plais \u00e0 l&#8217;utiliser comme tartinade pour mes sandwichs du midi ou en simple accompagnement pour manger des crudit\u00e9s. Naturellement vegan et sans gluten, le hummus est aussi tr\u00e8s nourissant et ne vous laissera pas sur votre faim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est toujours bon d&#8217;avoir une recette de hummus classique sous la main, mais j&#8217;aime varier les plaisirs. Mes versions pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es sont le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/01\/24\/roasted-cauliflower-hummus-and-pita-chips\/\">hummus de chou fleur avec des chips de pain pita<\/a> (original et pourtant tellement bon !) et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/05\/07\/roasted-red-pepper-hummus\/\">hummus aux poivrons grill\u00e9s<\/a>, un classique pour moi, puisque j&#8217;ai d\u00fb le r\u00e9aliser des dizaines et des dizaines de fois, parfois en interchangeant le poivron par des carottes r\u00f4ties au four. C&#8217;est aussi le curcuma qui donne sa jolie couleur jaune-orang\u00e9e au curry. Le curcuma comprend plusieurs composants de la famille des curcuminoides, parmi lesquels le curcuma est le plus actif. Et ai-je besoin de rappeler qu&#8217;en plus d&#8217;\u00eatre absolument d\u00e9licieux il est aussi super facile et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer ? Tant de raisons de le tester.
