Oui oui, vous avez bien lu, avec des l\u00e9gumes. Certains d&#8217;entre vous ont d&#8217;ailleurs peut \u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9 ma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2016\/04\/21\/veggie-beet-pizza-with-a-cauliflower-crust-gluten-free\/\">pizza avec une p\u00e2te \u00e0 base de chou-fleur<\/a>. L&#8217;automne arrive bient\u00f4t, et la cuisine de tout ce qui est orange fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 son apparition dans ma cuisine : les courges, les patates douces, etc. Il y a moins de 10 ans, je n&#8217;avais encore jamais go\u00fbt\u00e9 de patates douces et ne soup\u00e7onnais m\u00eame pas leur existence encore il me semble. Lorsque j&#8217;y repense, je me demande comment j&#8217;ai fait pour vivre toutes ces ann\u00e9es sans conna\u00eetre cette douce saveur de patates douces. Ma recette pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e pour les cuisiner est tout simplement ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2016\/09\/03\/healthy-sweet-potato-fries-with-avocado-dip\/\">frites de patates douces et son dip \u00e0 l&#8217;avocat<\/a> (dans le top 5 des recettes du blog), et juste apr\u00e8s il y a mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2014\/10\/17\/sweet-potato-peanut-butter-gratin\/\">gratin de patates douces et de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que j&#8217;aime aussi avec les patates douces, c&#8217;est qu&#8217;elles offrent\u00a0un excellent apport nutritionnel : avec 4g de fibres par portion (contre 1.8g pour les pommes de terre), elles sont \u00e9galement une tr\u00e8s bonne source de beta-carot\u00e8ne, un nutriment que notre organisme\u00a0convertit en vitamine A apr\u00e8s absorption. Le beta-carot\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sente ainsi l\u2019avantage d\u2019avoir des effets anti-inflammatoires et antioxidants, avec la particularit\u00e9 de r\u00e9guler le niveau de sucre dans le sang gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa teneur importante en fibres. Les patates douces sont enfin une bonne source de potassium, ce qui facilite la fonction d\u00e9toxifiante de notre organisme. J&#8217;avais alors constat\u00e9 qu&#8217;il y avait deux \u00e9coles : l&#8217;une consistant \u00e0 n&#8217;utiliser que des ingr\u00e9dients crus (y compris les patates douces) et \u00e0 les mixer \u00e0 haute puissance au robot mixeur, l&#8217;autre consistant \u00e0 faire cuire les patates douces au pr\u00e9alable. Les recettes diff\u00e8rent aussi quelques peu les unes des autres, mais la cuisson ou non des patates douces reste l&#8217;enjeu majeur. Pour ma part, j&#8217;ai opt\u00e9 pour l&#8217;utilisation de patates douces cuites, tout en ayant conscience que la p\u00e2te en serait peut \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement moins croustillante. C&#8217;est pour cela que j&#8217;ajuste le temps de cuisson au four en passant en position grill en fin de cuisson sur les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, ceci en surveillant le four de pr\u00e8s pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te ne br\u00fble (normalement il y a peu de risque que cela arrive en raison de l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 renferm\u00e9e dans la p\u00e2te).<\/p>\n<p>Notez ici que j&#8217;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette p\u00e2te \u00e9galement sans gluten, en optant pour des flocons d&#8217;avoine sans gluten. Si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas trop regardants sur votre consommation de gluten, vous pouvez les remplacer par des flocons d&#8217;avoine classiques, ou bien encore par de la chapelure. Le seul autre ingr\u00e9dient dont vous avez besoin est un oeuf, qui aide les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 s&#8217;agglom\u00e9rer les uns aux autres. N&#8217;oubliez pas d&#8217;assaisonner un peu votre p\u00e2te, ou elle risque d&#8217;\u00eatre fade en go\u00fbt. Seuls 3 ingr\u00e9dients que vous m\u00e9langez ensemble, et le tour est jou\u00e9. Gardez en t\u00eate que le seul aspect qui m\u00e9rite un peu d&#8217;attention est la cuisson au four, en mode classique comme en mode grill. N&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 ajuster le temps de cuisson au besoin, en laissant la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza un peu plus longtemps au four si vous trouvez qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;est pas encore assez croustillante. J&#8217;ai pu constater une grande diff\u00e9rence d&#8217;un four \u00e0 l&#8217;autre, ayant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette piza plusieurs fois, dans un four europ\u00e9en en Su\u00e8de et dans un four plus grand chez moi ici aux US. La p\u00e2te sera dans tous les cas plus souple qu&#8217;une p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza classique en raison de l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 naturellement pr\u00e9sente dans les patates douces, mais vous devriez pouvoir obtenir un aspect l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croustillant n\u00e9anmoins.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la garniture, j&#8217;ai opt\u00e9 ici pour des ingr\u00e9dients exclusivement v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens, en commencant de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s classique par une couche de mozzarella que j&#8217;ai fait fondre au four par dessus la pizza. Une fois cette \u00e9tape r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, j&#8217;ajoute sur la pizza les \u00e9pinards d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuits et les pois chiches \u00e9pic\u00e9s que j&#8217;ai choisi de pr\u00e9parer s\u00e9paremment afin de mieux conserver la saveur des ingr\u00e9dients (la cuissson au four des \u00e9pinards d\u00e9naturerait leur saveur originale et ass\u00e8cherait les pois chiches).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27010\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Veggie-Sweet-Potato-Crust-Pizza_4463.jpg\" alt=\"Veggie Sweet Potato Crust Pizza\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1108\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Veggie-Sweet-Potato-Crust-Pizza_4463.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Veggie-Sweet-Potato-Crust-Pizza_4463-300x208.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Veggie-Sweet-Potato-Crust-Pizza_4463-768x532.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Veggie-Sweet-Potato-Crust-Pizza_4463-1024x709.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 770px) calc(100vw - 40px), 730px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Les pois chiches sont quant \u00e0 eux l\u00e9g\u00e8rement saut\u00e9s \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec les \u00e9pices, mais ne sont en aucun cas grill\u00e9s\/toast\u00e9s, l&#8217;id\u00e9e \u00e9tant de les conserver l\u00e9g\u00e8rement humides et pas trop croquants. J&#8217;utilise ici du paprika et du cumin en poudre, deux \u00e9pices qui se marient parfaitement avec les patates douces. Parfois j&#8217;aime aussi ajouter un filet de tahini par dessus la pizza juste avant de la servir. Au final, vous obtenez une pizza \u00e0 la fois nourrissante et saine, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 base de plantes presque exclusivement, et qui ne vous laissera pas sur votre faim, n&#8217;en d\u00e9plaise aux d\u00e9tracteurs du v\u00e9g\u00e9tarisme (si toutefois il y en a encore).<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr jouer avec les garnitures en les remplacant par celles de votre choix. La plus classique consiste bien s\u00fbr \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une pizza &#8220;maragarita&#8221; \u00e0 la patate douce, en la recouvrant de mozzarella, de sauce tomate et de basilic frais. Ou utilisez simplement les ingr\u00e9dients que vous avez sous la main et que vous utiliseriez volontiers pour une pizza dite &#8220;classique&#8221;.<\/p>\n<svg aria-hidden=\"true\" style=\"position: Ajouter l&#8217;ail et m\u00e9langer rapidement.
