Prenons le meilleur de ce qu&#8217;il a \u00e0 nous offrir et profitons autant que possible des l\u00e9gumes et fruits gorg\u00e9s de soleil, avant de s&#8217;en aller progressivement vers la saison des courges (j&#8217;adore les courges mais ne suis mentalement pas encore pr\u00eate pour l&#8217;automne, je joue les prolongations au maximum). Parmi mes l\u00e9gumes d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s, il y a les courgettes (\u00e0 propos, si vous ne l&#8217;avez pas encore test\u00e9, d\u00e9couvrez sans plus attendre mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/08\/01\/chocolate-chip-zucchini-bread\/\">zucchini bread aux p\u00e9pites de chocolat<\/a> &#8211; ma recette chouchou de cet \u00e9t\u00e9) et il y a les aubergines. Bien plus encore que les courgettes, je raffole des aubergines, et \u00e7a ne date pas d&#8217;hier. Probablement parce qu&#8217;elles absorbent toute l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive avec laquelle on les arrose, qui leur donne cette saveur si subtile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tous les cas, je suis toujours curieuse de nouvelles recettes d&#8217;aubergines. Il y en a quelques unes sur le blog d\u00e9j\u00e0, comme mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2016\/08\/27\/honey-drizzled-eggplant-goat-cheese-stacks\/\">millefeuilles d&#8217;aubergines au ch\u00e8vre et au miel<\/a>, ma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/07\/28\/vegan-eggplant-shakshuka\/\">shakshuka vegan aux aubergines<\/a>, et \u00e9galement depuis la semaine derni\u00e8re mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/07\/28\/vegan-eggplant-shakshuka\/\">curry d&#8217;aubergines et de pois chiches<\/a>. Toutes ces recettes sont v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes, naturellement sans gluten et absolument irr\u00e9sistibles de douceur. Mon mari (wow, est-ce la toute premi\u00e8re fois que j&#8217;\u00e9cris &#8220;mon mari&#8221; sur le blog depuis que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/07\/22\/my-life-as-a-foodie-we-got-married\/\">nous sommes mari\u00e9s<\/a> ?&#8230; sensation tr\u00e8s nouvelle) ; mon mari donc me r\u00e9clamait depuis un bon moment de lui pr\u00e9parer un baba ganoush, ou plut\u00f4t il en parlait souvent car il en raffole. Il ne vous faut que 3 ingr\u00e9dients + de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. C&#8217;est tout ! Un vrai jeu d&#8217;enfant. Ici j&#8217;ai tout d&#8217;abord coup\u00e9 les aubergines en fines rondelles avant de les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque allant au four recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, puis les ai arros\u00e9 d&#8217;un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive avant de les enfourner. Une autre m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 couper les aubergines en deux dans le sens de la longueur, de faire quelques entailles dans la chair avec un couteau (dessinez un quadrillage en biais, trois entailles dans un sens, trois dans l&#8217;autre) et de les mettre au four. Cela prendra un peu plus de temps \u00e0 cuire, environ 15 minutes ou plus. Veuillez toutefois \u00e0 ce que la surface ne br\u00fble pas et \u00e0 ce que la chair soit bien tendre \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur avant de retirer les moiti\u00e9s d&#8217;aubergine du four. Ensuite, il suffit de pr\u00e9lever la chair avec une cuill\u00e8re, ce qui permet de se d\u00e9barrasser de la peau (dont on a pas besoin pour le baba ganoush) en un rien de temps. Personnellement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re la premi\u00e8re m\u00e9thode, mais c&#8217;est juste une question de choix et de temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9sol\u00e9e, j&#8217;ai besoin d&#8217;une pause l\u00e0. Il est bient\u00f4t l&#8217;heure de diner et parler de ce baba ganoush me donne faim. Je m&#8217;en vais attraper le bol et quelques crackers pour accompagner le tout, et je reviens. J&#8217;ai d\u00e9gust\u00e9 le baba ganoush sur mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/06\/06\/swedish-multi-seed-crispbread-knackebrod\/\">crackers aux graines su\u00e9dois &#8220;kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d&#8221;<\/a> que j&#8217;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9s de nouveau il y a quelques jours. C&#8217;\u00e9tait juste d\u00e9licieux. Oh pardon, je pars me resservir un peu, un tout petit peu&#8230; Il semble que je n&#8217;arriverai jamais \u00e0 finir de r\u00e9diger cette recette, c&#8217;est trop bon pour prendre le temps d&#8217;en parler. Allez je suis de retour, concentrons-nous. Alors comme je vous le disais il y a un instant, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9gust\u00e9 mon baba ganoush sur des crackers. Ce n&#8217;est pas tr\u00e8s typique de partager influence m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne et su\u00e9doise, mais il convient de noter que les deux se marient pourtant \u00e0 merveille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;ordinaire, c&#8217;est plut\u00f4t avec des crudit\u00e9s et du pain pita que l&#8217;on sert le baba ganoush. J&#8217;aime aussi pr\u00e9parer des chips de pain pita, qui sont comme leur nom l&#8217;indique, croustillantes. C&#8217;est tr\u00e8s facile et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et apporte un contraste de textures int\u00e9ressant avec le baba ganoush. J&#8217;ai partag\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/01\/24\/roasted-cauliflower-hummus-and-pita-chips\/\">recette de chips pita<\/a> avec ma recette de hummus au chou-fleur, allez la voir si cela vous int\u00e9resse. Maintenant si vous voulez bien m&#8217;excuser, je vais me resservir un peu de baba ganoush une derni\u00e8re fois avant le diner. Mais avant cela, je vous laisse avec la recette bien s\u00fbr. Recouvrir une plaque allant au four de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Couper l&#8217;aubergine en tranches fines. Saupoudrer de sel et laisser \u00e9goutter dans une passoire quelques instants. Rincer et s\u00e9cher avec du papier absorbant.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Disposer les tranches d&#8217;aubergines sur la plaque allant au four, arroser d&#8217;un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, et parsemer de sel de mer par dessus.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Enfourner pendant 5-10 minutes, en remuant une \u00e0 deux fois. Les aubergines doivent \u00eatre bien tendres et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Retirer du four et enfermer les tranches d&#8217;aubergines dans du papier aluminium, pour laisser l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 se former.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Au bout de 5 minutes, retirer le papier d&#8217;aluminium et peler la peau des aubergines (le plus gros seulement &#8211; cela devrait se d\u00e9tacher tout seul).<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Transf\u00e9rer la chair d&#8217;aubergine dans un robot mixeur, ajouter le jus de citron, l&#8217;ail, le tahini, une pinc\u00e9e de sel, et mixer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que l&#8217;ensemble soit bien cr\u00e9meux. Go\u00fbter et ajuster l&#8217;assaisonnement au besoin.
