Cela fait bien trop longtemps que je n&#8217;ai pas partag\u00e9 de recette su\u00e9doise ; depuis que j&#8217;ai d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 de Su\u00e8de aux US en ao\u00fbt dernier finalement. Ah si, j&#8217;ai publi\u00e9 ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2017\/02\/18\/swedish-white-chocolate-cardamom-wreath\/\">couronne su\u00e9doise au chocolat blanc et \u00e0 la cardamome<\/a> en f\u00e9vrier dernier. Qu&#8217;importe, cela fait trop longtemps \u00e9galement et il est temps de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer la Su\u00e8de de nouveau !<\/p>\n<p>Cela tombe bien car juin est la haute saison des f\u00eates su\u00e9doises. Il y a donc\u00a0la f\u00eate nationale le 6 juin, qui est en fait une tradition tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cente qui remonte \u00e0 une dizaine d&#8217;ann\u00e9es seulement, sans histoire ou folklore particulier (juste un jour de cong\u00e9 classique) ; la date a d&#8217;ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie un peu au hasard. La grande c\u00e9l\u00e9bration su\u00e9doise qui a lieu en juin est en revanche Midsummer, litt\u00e9ralement la f\u00eate de la mi-\u00e9t\u00e9, qui a lieu fin juin pendant trois jours et demi cons\u00e9cutifs. Cette ann\u00e9e, Midsummer est une date tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9ciale pour moi, puisque <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/03\/24\/my-life-as-a-foodie-in-chicago-episode-5-were-getting-married\/\">j&#8217;ai choisi de me marier<\/a> \u00e0 cette date &#8211; le 24 juin. Le th\u00e8me sera donc au centre des festivit\u00e9s. Si vous vous demandez comment le prononcer, imaginez-vous essayer de\u00a0parler en ayant la bouche pleine de miettes de biscottes ! Ou bien optez pour le mot <em>cracker<\/em> \u00e0 la place, beaucoup plus simple.<\/p>\n<p>Ce type de pain dur, fin et plat, est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 principalement avec de la farine de seigle et a pour cette raison longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le pain des pauvres en Su\u00e8de. Les mentions de\u00a0kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d dans l&#8217;Histoire de Su\u00e8de remontent ainsi\u00a0\u00e0 500 apr\u00e8s Jesus Christ, dans sa version la plus basique. Les deux versions fonctionnent parfaitement, et si vous souhaitez r\u00e9duire votre apport de gluten, je vous conseillerais d&#8217;opter pour la deuxi\u00e8me version. En revanche, si comme moi vous avez la chance de n&#8217;avoir aucune intol\u00e9rance, choisissez celle que vous voulez. Mes recommendations en ce qui concerne les graines \u00e0 utiliser sont purement indicatives, alors n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 utiliser celles que vous avez sous la main. Certains aiment la seule association s\u00e9same noir &#8211; s\u00e9same blanc, d&#8217;autres aiment lorsqu&#8217;il y a du cumin, du piment s\u00e9ch\u00e9 \u00e9minc\u00e9, ou encore des graines de chia. Il n&#8217;y a pas de r\u00e8gle, \u00e0 vous de vous approprier votre version pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai attendu bien trop longtemps avant de partager cette recette simplissime avec vous, et il \u00e9tait temps de pallier \u00e0 cela. Assurez-vous que vous \u00e9talez\u00a0la p\u00e2te entre deux feuilles de papier sulfuris\u00e9; le reste est tout simple. Pour accompagner les <em>kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d<\/em>, je recommande du beurre demi-sel \u00e0 \u00e9taler, un peu de fromage, ou tout autre tartinade de votre choix (personnellement je craque pour le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/05\/07\/roasted-red-pepper-hummus\/\">hummus aux poivrons grill\u00e9s<\/a>). Vous pouvez \u00e9galement compl\u00e9ter la tradition su\u00e9doise en servant vos <em>kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d<\/em> avec du hareng si vous aimez cela, ou dans une version un peu plus haut de gamme avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2016\/08\/09\/beet-cured-salmon-gravlax-with-horseradish\/\">ma recette de saumon gravlax<\/a> !<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter Recouvrir avec une autre feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9, puis \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te au travers \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, formant un large rectangle de p\u00e2te, aussi fin que possible.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Retirer le papier sulfuris\u00e9 de la partie sup\u00e9rieure et glisser d\u00e9licatement la p\u00e2te et sa feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure sur la plaque allant au four. Pr\u00e9-d\u00e9couper en parts \u00e9gales. Fa\u00eetes ensuite tourner les plateaux de telle sorte que la partie du fond soit sur le devant, et enfourner pendant encore 10-15 minutes.
