L&#8217;une des recettes les plus populaires du blog est justement ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2013\/05\/31\/spinach-and-feta-quinoa-patties\/\">galettes de quinoa aux \u00e9pinards et \u00e0 la feta<\/a>, publi\u00e9e dans les tous d\u00e9buts du blog en 2013. Depuis, beaucoup d&#8217;entre vous l&#8217;ont test\u00e9e et la refont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, tout comme elle est devenue un clasique chez moi aussi.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi toutes mes diff\u00e9rentes recettes de galettes\/burgers v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens, retrouvez mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2016\/05\/31\/sweet-potato-veggie-burgers\/\">burgers de patates douces <\/a>, mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/galettes-de-betteraves-et-quinoa\/\">Galettes de betteraves et quinoa<\/a> ou encore mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2017\/03\/08\/red-lentil-patties-with-a-garlic-herb-tahini-sauce-vegan-gluten-free\/\">galettes de lentilles corail<\/a>,\u00a0que je sers g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement accompagn\u00e9es d&#8217;une sauce tahini aux herbes. Ce que j&#8217;aime tout particuli\u00e8rement avec les galettes, c&#8217;est que c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, il suffit de mixer tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble dans un grand saladier puis de former de petites galettes \u00e0 la main. Ensuite, vous pouvez ou bien les cuire \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive ou bien au four pour une version un peu plus saine. Contrairement \u00e0 mon autre recette de galette de quinoa, celle-ci est enti\u00e8rement sans gluten (pas de chapelure dans la recette, juste du quinoa). Quant aux saveurs, j&#8217;ai ici opt\u00e9 pour du ch\u00e8vre frais auquel j&#8217;ai ajout\u00e9 des zestes de citron et de la menthe, donnant \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble une saveur tr\u00e8s rafra\u00eechisaante juste parfaite pour l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d&#8217;apporter un peu plus de croustillant \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble (croustillant d\u00e9j\u00e0 apport\u00e9 en partie par le quinoa sur chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la galette), j&#8217;ai ajout\u00e9 quelques amandes effil\u00e9es. Les amandes ont cet avantage d&#8217;\u00eatre tr\u00e8s nutritives, avec un bon apport d&#8217;acides gras insatur\u00e9s (le &#8220;bon&#8221; gras), de fibres, de prot\u00e9ines, de magnesium et de vitamine E. Elles contribuent en outre \u00e0 faire baisser le taux de sucre dans le sang, \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la pression sanguine et le mauvais cholest\u00e9rol. Si par hasard vous avez des restes de quinoa d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuit, utilisez-les et la recette en sera d&#8217;autant plus rapide. Tout ce qu&#8217;il vous restera ensuite \u00e0 faire consiste \u00e0 mixer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un grand bol puis \u00e0 former des galettes avec vos mains, ou bien pourquoi pas des petites boules \u00e0 la place, qu&#8217;il suffira ensuite de glisser dans une tranche de pain pita par exemple, avec un peu de salade et un filet de sauce au yaourt.<\/p>\n<p>Parfaite pour les chaudes journ\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9, ces galettes peuvent \u00eatre servies chaudes, ti\u00e8des ou m\u00eame froides. Selon ce que vous choisissez, accompagnez-les toujours de l\u00e9gumes verts de votre choix et de sauce au yaourt ou d&#8217;un peu de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Cette recette cr\u00e9e 10 \u00e0 12 galettes environ, que vous pouvez d\u00e9vorer de suite ou bien conserver au frigo pendant 5 jours. Elles se cong\u00e8lent aussi tr\u00e8s facilement, ce qui vous permet de les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&#8217;avance. Placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Retirer le saladier du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur eet former 10 \u00e0 12 galettes \u00e0 la main. Faire chauffer l&#8217;huile dans une po\u00eale sur feu moyen. Ajouter les galettes et les faire cuire 2-3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient bien dor\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Servir avec de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche ou du yaourt, le tout avec un peu de salade verte.
