Extr\u00eamement simple et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, elle est aussi tr\u00e8s versatile puisque l&#8217;on peut la garnir \u00e0 sa guise en fonction des ingr\u00e9dients que l&#8217;on a sous la main : des l\u00e9gumes de saison, du fromage\u00a0(feta, ricotta, mozzarella, grated cheese&#8230;), ou bien encore du jambon serrano, du chorizo&#8230; Tout simplement, glissez-y\u00a0les ingr\u00e9dients que vous glisseriez dans une quiche ou une omelette.<\/p>\n<p>La version que je vous propose aujourd&#8217;hui n&#8217;a absolument rien de compliqu\u00e9 et vous pourriez tr\u00e8s certainement la r\u00e9aliser sans m\u00eame avoir recours \u00e0 la recette.\u00a0J&#8217;y ai simplement apport\u00e9 une petite touche printani\u00e8re, utilisant des l\u00e9gumes frais et de saison tels que les \u00e9pinards, les asperges ou les oignons de printemps. Ici il est apport\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois par les petits oignons de printemps, les herbes de Provence et le poivre fra\u00eechement moulu. \u00c0 l&#8217;exception des oeufs \u00e9videmment, vous pouvez parfaitement vous passer de certains ingr\u00e9dients list\u00e9s ci-dessus ou bien les remplacer par d&#8217;autres de votre choix. Si les l\u00e9gumes verts rendent ici l&#8217;ensemble tr\u00e8s harmonieux, leur apporter une autre touche de couleur sera tout aussi d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n<p>Si la r\u00e9alisation d&#8217;une frittata est extr\u00eamement simple, il y a n\u00e9anmoins quelques r\u00e8gles qu&#8217;il est important d&#8217;avoir en t\u00eate pour en ma\u00eetriser la technique. Tout d&#8217;abord, assurez-vous de bien utiliser une po\u00eale allant au four. Personnellement, j&#8217;aime utiliser une po\u00eale en fonte, mais vous pouvez parfaitement utiliser un style plus classique, en c\u00e9ramique ou en acier. Pensez \u00e9galement \u00e0 bien pr\u00e9chauffer votre four avant d&#8217;y placer la po\u00eale. S&#8217;ils sont battus \u00e0 l&#8217;avance et qu&#8217;ils ont le temps de reposer, ils risquent de devenir visqueux \u00e0 la cuisson. Aussi, ne c\u00e9dez pas \u00e0 la tentation de m\u00e9langer les oeufs dans la po\u00eale sur le feu, comme il peut \u00eatre tentant de faire en vue d&#8217;aider \u00e0 une cuisson uniforme. \u00c0 la place, je vous sugg\u00e8re de dessiner quelques larges sillons \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule en plastique r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 la chaleur, permettant aux oeufs du dessus non encore cuits de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Vous savez que la frittata est pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre enfourn\u00e9e lorsque le fond de la po\u00eale est pris tandis qu&#8217;il demeure quelques parties encore un peu liquides sur le dessus. J&#8217;ai une petite pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la version chaude lorsque je la sers pour un brunch ou pour le d\u00eener, tandis que je l&#8217;appr\u00e9cie volontiers servie ti\u00e8de voire froide lorsque je la coupe en petits morceaux que je sers ensuite sur un petit b\u00e2tonnet avec une mini boule de mozzarella, une tomate cerise et une petite feuille de basilic frais sur le dessus Ajouter les lamelles de pommes de terre.
