Il doit \u00eatre bon, joli et color\u00e9. Eh oui, je suis persuad\u00e9e que c&#8217;est encore meilleur quand c&#8217;est joli ! Donc lorsque j&#8217;ai d\u00e9couvert ce granola tout rose lors d&#8217;un march\u00e9 de No\u00ebl il y a quelques temps de cela, je n&#8217;ai pas r\u00e9sist\u00e9 une seconde. J&#8217;ai rencontr\u00e9 les deux fondatrices &#8211; m\u00e8re et fille &#8211; de cette petite entreprise locale de Chicago, et ai ador\u00e9 leur concept imm\u00e9diatement : sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans des petites portions haut de gamme de muesli et granola,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/victorydancefoods.com\/\">Victory Dance Food<\/a>\u00a0utilise des flocons d&#8217;avoine bio, et graines anciennes. Il va sans dire que je suis revenue de ce march\u00e9 local avec mes petites portions de granola, avant de cr\u00e9er ma propre version peu de temps apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 mon tout premier granola il y a quelques ann\u00e9es de cela &#8211; il s&#8217;agissait de mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/10\/25\/easy-chocolate-granola\/\">granola au chocolat {la recette facile}<\/a>. Contrairement \u00e0 ce que l&#8217;on pourrait penser au premier abord, il est extr\u00eamement facile et rapide de r\u00e9aliser son granola maison. Cela permet \u00e9galement d&#8217;avoir un contr\u00f4le plein et entier des ingr\u00e9dients que l&#8217;on utilise\u00a0et d&#8217;\u00e9viter qu&#8217;il ne soit inutilement trop sucr\u00e9 et\/ou rempli d&#8217;additifs artificiels. Aujourd&#8217;hui, c&#8217;est un autre l\u00e9gume qui rentre dans la composition de mon granola : la betterave ! J&#8217;aime la douce saveur et la jolie couleur rose-framboise qui se d\u00e9gage de\u00a0la betterave r\u00e9duite en pur\u00e9e, associ\u00e9e aux notes subtilement \u00e9pic\u00e9es du\u00a0gingembre r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai non seulement voulu un granola tout rose ici, mais il m&#8217;importait aussi qu&#8217;il soit sain, et je l&#8217;ai donc ainsi r\u00e9alis\u00e9 naturellement sans gluten (utilisant des flocons d&#8217;avoine sans gluten) et sans\u00a0sucre ajout\u00e9. \u00c0 la place, j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 ici de la compote de pomme non sucr\u00e9e et ajout\u00e9 des d\u00e9s de dates fra\u00eeches (qui sont compl\u00e8tement optionnelles ici, tout d\u00e9pend de si vous souhaitez votre granola plus ou moins sucr\u00e9). Entre autres, les graines de chia repr\u00e9sentent ainsi une excellente source de fibres, d&#8217;omega 3 et de prot\u00e9ines. Les graines de courge sont quant \u00e0 elles riches en zinc, les amandes fournissent des acides gras mono-insatur\u00e9s, et\u00a0le sarrasin du magn\u00e9sium, des vitamines B1, B2, B3, B5 et du potassium, qui aide \u00e0 baisser le taux de mauvais cholest\u00e9rol et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la pression art\u00e9rielle.<\/p>\n<p>Que de bonnes choses dans ce granola donc, et il vous appartient d&#8217;ajouter ou d&#8217;enlever n&#8217;importe quel ingr\u00e9dient en fonction de vos go\u00fbts personnels, ingr\u00e9dients que vous avez sous la main et\/ou allergies ou intol\u00e9rances diverses. \u00a0Le plus souvent, je l&#8217;appr\u00e9cie avec du lait d&#8217;amande ou parsem\u00e9 par dessus un smoothie bowl aux fruits rouges pour faire un joli ton sur ton aux variations de textures int\u00e9ressantes. Il m&#8217;arrive \u00e9galement d&#8217;y ajouter un peu de gingembre confit, et\u00a0si pour votre part vous n&#8217;aimez pas trop le gingembre, vous pouvez vous en passer compl\u00e8tement dans cette recette et n&#8217;utiliser que de la cannelle. Bon, et maintenant l&#8217;heure du petit d\u00e9jeuner a sonn\u00e9. Envelopper la betterave enti\u00e8re dans du papier d&#8217;aluminium et la faire r\u00f4tir au four pendant environ une heure.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Pendant ce temps, mettre les amandes dans le robot mixeur et pulser deux ou trois fois de telle sorte qu&#8217;elles soient h\u00e2ch\u00e9es grossi\u00e8rement (pas trop finement).<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Verser tous les ingr\u00e9dients secs dans un saladier, \u00e0 l&#8217;exception de la cannelle. Ajouter les dattes coup\u00e9es en petits d\u00e9s, et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Une fois la betterave r\u00f4tie, la retirer du four, la peler, puis la mixer dans le robot mixeur jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une texture douce et lisse.
