Assurez-vous d&#8217;utiliser de la sauce soja sans gluten si vous tenez \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ce plat en version sans gluten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuite, <strong>pr\u00e9parez le tofu.<\/strong> Il importe de choisir du tofu ferme pour cette recette. Placez-le sur une assiette, essuyez-le avec du papier absorbant pour \u00f4ter l&#8217;exc\u00e8s d&#8217;eau, puis placez une po\u00eale bien lourde par-dessus pendant 30 minutes. Une fois que le tofu sera ass\u00e9ch\u00e9, il sera possible de le rendre bien croustillant \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupez ensuite le tofu en d\u00e9s et m\u00e9langez-le d\u00e9licatement avec la moiti\u00e9 de la sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fa\u00eetes chauffer un peu d&#8217;huile dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais, un wok ou une po\u00eale en fonte. Lorsque la po\u00eale est bien chaude, d\u00e9posez les d\u00e9s de tofu et fa\u00eetes-les cuire sur une face sans les toucher. Lorsqu&#8217;ils sont bien dor\u00e9s, tournez-les d\u00e9licatement et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez l&#8217;op\u00e9ration jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient bien dor\u00e9s sur toutes les faces. Transf\u00e9rez-le dans une assiette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Essuyez la po\u00eale avec du papier absorbant, puis <strong>fa\u00eetes sauter le brocoli<\/strong> quelques instants. L&#8217;id\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 obtenir un l\u00e9gume cuit mais encore bien croquant. Servez le tofu et le brocoli avec le reste de la sauce sur fond de riz, et voil\u00e0 c&#8217;est pr\u00eat !<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-servir-ce-plat\">Comment servir ce plat ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;ai ici servi le saut\u00e9 de tofu et brocoli avec du riz blanc afin d&#8217;obtenir un plat complet et nourrissant, et ai arros\u00e9 le tout d&#8217;un peu plus de sauce. Vous pouvez le remplacer par du riz complet ou bien encore par des nouilles asiatiques pour une version un peu diff\u00e9rente qui s&#8217;apparente \u00e0 un pad thai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une texture douce et lisse.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">D\u00e9poser le tofu sur une assiette et absorber l&#8217;exc\u00e8s d&#8217;eau avec du papier absorbant sur toutes les faces. Poser une feuille de papier absorbant par dessus puis recouvrir d&#8217;une po\u00eale en fonte ou quelque chose de lourd et laisser reposer pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Couper le tofu en d\u00e9s, puis transf\u00e9rer dans un bol avec la sauce, en m\u00e9langeant bien. Laisser mariner pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Faire chauffer l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une po\u00eale en fonte sur feu moyen-vif. Une fois que la po\u00eale est bien chaude, ajouter le tofu avec la moiti\u00e9 de la sauce de la marinade (en essayant de conserver la moiti\u00e9 pour plus tard). Saisir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la face du dessus brunisse, puis retourner. Poursuivre la cuisson jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tofu soit saisi sur toutes ses faces. Transf\u00e9rer le tofu dans un autre plat et conserver au chaud.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Remettre la po\u00eale sur le feu et ajouter les fleurons de brocoli avec le reste de la sauce. Couvrir et poursuivre la cuisson pendant 4-5 minutes en retournant le brocoli de temps \u00e0 autre. Il doit devenir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croustillant tout en restant tendre \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Sur une base de riz servi \u00e0 l&#8217;assiette, servir le saut\u00e9 de tofu et brocoli.
