La plupart du temps, je pr\u00e9pare des petites douceurs sucr\u00e9es avec eux, comme des cookies, mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/08\/11\/milk-and-cookie-cups\/\">tasses cookies de lait<\/a> (toujours un grand succ\u00e8s !), ou encore des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2014\/01\/13\/swedish-cinnamon-rolls-or-kanelbullar\/\">brioches su\u00e9doises \u00e0 la cannelle<\/a> (voir la petite vid\u00e9o avec la recette). C\u00f4t\u00e9 sal\u00e9, j&#8217;adore pr\u00e9parer des pizzas avec les enfants. L&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier, ce sont deux pizzas g\u00e9antes que nous avons pr\u00e9par\u00e9es avec mes neveux et ni\u00e8ces, qui \u00e9taient autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 les garnir \u00e0 leur guise. Tr\u00e8s excit\u00e9s \u00e0 cette id\u00e9e, ils ont fait dispara\u00eetre les deux pizzas le soir m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;avantage avec les pizzas, c&#8217;est qu&#8217;il est possible de les d\u00e9cliner \u00e0 l&#8217;infini en fonction de ses go\u00fbts personnels ou de son humeur du jour. J&#8217;ai bien s\u00fbr quelques recettes f\u00e9tiches que je refais souvent, et parmi elles il y a cette pizza v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne aux brocolis, feta et oignons rouges.\u00a0Cette recette est n\u00e9e il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs ann\u00e9es alors que je vivais encore \u00e0 Stockholm, en utilisant des restes du frigo. N&#8217;ayant pas de mozzarella sous la main, j&#8217;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la base avec du pesto et du parmesan, puis je l&#8217;ai garnie de fleurets de brocoli et d&#8217;oignons rouges, les deux ingr\u00e9dients se mariant \u00e0 la perfection. R\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec 4 ingr\u00e9dients seulement, elle est pr\u00eate en 10 minutes (sans compter le temps de pause) et n&#8217;a absolument rien de compliqu\u00e9. En d&#8217;autres termes, une fois que vous avez test\u00e9 cette recette, vous comprenez alors qu&#8217;il est inutile d&#8217;acheter une p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza d\u00e9j\u00e0 toute pr\u00eate. Parfois je la remplace avec une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2014\/09\/17\/fig-goat-cheese-pizza-with-a-whole-wheat-crust\/\">p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec de la farine compl\u00e8te<\/a>, qui donne un petit go\u00fbt de noisette \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. Vous pouvez aussi sortir des sentiers battus et tester ma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2016\/04\/21\/veggie-beet-pizza-with-a-cauliflower-crust-gluten-free\/\">p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza au chou-fleur<\/a> (oui, au chou-fleur !), qui est \u00e0 la fois surprenante, d\u00e9licieuse et sans gluten.<\/p>\n<p>Comme vous pouvez le constater, cette recette de pizza\u00a0peut se d\u00e9cliner en de nombreuses variantes en fonction de vos envies : remplacez par exemple la feta avec du fromage de ch\u00e8vre, les pignons de pin avec des noix, ou bien remplacez simplement la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza avec l&#8217;une de celle que je viens de mentionner plus haut. Vous pouvez m\u00eame vous passer des fleurets de brocoli si vous le souhaitez, et simplement garnir votre pizza plus g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de roquette et de feta. Comme dirait mon chef pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 Chicago : <em>&#8220;Des r\u00e8gles ? Quelles r\u00e8gles ? Il n&#8217;y a pas de r\u00e8gles.
