C&#8217;est un smoothie tout\u00a0simple et tellement basique que je me suis longtemps demand\u00e9e si je devais partager la recette avec vous. Une autre raison qui m&#8217;a retenue si longtemps de le faire : la plupart du temps je l&#8217;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 fini avant m\u00eame de pouvoir attraper mon appareil photo (au mieux j&#8217;ai juste une photo rapide avec l&#8217;iPhone pour\u00a0mon IG story). Mais \u00e0 chaque fois que je me le pr\u00e9pare, la m\u00eame question revient et cette semaine la r\u00e9ponse s&#8217;est impos\u00e9e comme une \u00e9vidence : oui, il vous faut d\u00e9couvrir cet incroyable smoothie aux nombreux bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p>Je me suis r\u00e9cemment remise \u00e0 m&#8217;entra\u00eener plus s\u00e9rieusement\u00a0(une de mes r\u00e9solutions du nouvel an), ces derniers mois n&#8217;ayant pas \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s\u00a0intenses sur ce point. Il semblerait qu&#8217;\u00e0 chaque fois que je d\u00e9m\u00e9nage dans un nouveau pays, il me faut un temps d&#8217;adaptation avant de pouvoir retrouver une certaine harmonie de vie. Mais lorsque je m&#8217;y remets, quelle sensation de bien \u00eatre qui joue \u00e0 la fois sur mon corps et mon moral, un vrai bonheur ! Est-ce la m\u00eame chose pour vous ? Et au fait, est-ce que la pratique d&#8217;un sport fait \u00e9galement partie de vos r\u00e9solutions pour 2017 ?<\/p>\n<p>Pour moi, la cons\u00e9quence imm\u00e9diate de tout entra\u00eenement consiste \u00e0 avoir tout naturellement envie de manger sainement &#8211; un message instantan\u00e9 envoy\u00e9 par mon cerveau. Et comme j&#8217;aime m&#8217;entra\u00eener au saut du lit (depuis toujours, je me sens tellement en forme apr\u00e8s une bonne nuit de sommeil), mon premier repas apr\u00e8s l&#8217;entra\u00eenement est donc le petit d\u00e9jeuner. \u00c7a tombe bien, c&#8217;est mon repas pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de la journ\u00e9e ! Plus tard, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9couvert la spiruline, cette microalgue bleue-verte aux nombrreux bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9 que l&#8217;on retrouve le plus souvent sous forme de poudre, ce qui la rend tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 incorporer dans des smoothies.<\/p>\n<p>Mais alors qu&#8217;est-ce que la spiruline au juste ? O\u00f9 peut-on la trouver, et quel est son go\u00fbt ? Comme je le disais il y a un instant, la spiruline est une microalgue qui existe depuis plus de 3 milliards d&#8217;ann\u00e9es\u00a0et qui\u00a0est aujourd&#8217;hui reconnue comme superaliment naturel, en raison de sa richesse en min\u00e9raux et en vitamines. Avec entre 55 et 70% de prot\u00e9ines et un bon apport en acides amin\u00e9s, fer, calcium, phosphore, ou encore vitamine B12, la spiruline pr\u00e9sente de nombreux bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9, et ce presque imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s absorption. Elle fournit ainsi un &#8220;boost&#8221; \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique presque instantan\u00e9, am\u00e9liorant l&#8217;endurance et r\u00e9duisant la fatigue. La spiruline est \u00e9galement un d\u00e9toxifiant naturel qui facilite l&#8217;oxyg\u00e9nation du sang et aide \u00e0 d\u00e9toxifier le corps des toxines et impuret\u00e9s responsables de maladies et autres complications.\u00a0On la trouve en magasin bio, ou encore dans les rayons ou magasins di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les bienfaits sur la sant\u00e9 de la spiruline sont donc nombreux, mais une question que vous vous posez s\u00fbrement maintenant : est-ce que c&#8217;est bon (eh bien oui, c&#8217;est une algue apr\u00e8s tout !)? Mon secret : utiliser du lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et en particulier du lait d&#8217;amande (non sucr\u00e9), qui donne une texture plus onctueuse au smoothie par rapport au lait de vache par exemple. Vous pouvez ensuite sucrer naturellement\u00a0votre smoothie avec de l&#8217;agave, du sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable ou des dattes fra\u00eeches d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es que vous mixerez dans le smoothie, ou bien simplement l&#8217;appr\u00e9cier tel quel si les bananes utilis\u00e9es sont bien m\u00fbres, et donc plus sucr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la petite touche finale, parsemer quelques graines de chia, des amandes et des framboises par dessus votre smoothie bowl, car c&#8217;est toujours meilleur quand c&#8217;est joli. Vous avez ainsi mon smoothie bowl \u00e0 la spiruline pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 (sans le go\u00fbt du vert !) qui vous donnera toute l&#8217;\u00e9nergie dont vous avez besoin pour vous maintenir en
