L&#8217;un de mes passe-temps favoris \u00e9tait de parcourir les rues de Chicago en v\u00e9lo pour profiter des belles d\u00e9corations d&#8217;Halloween, c&#8217;\u00e9tait magique ! Lorsque j&#8217;ai d\u00e9couvert qu&#8217;elle venait \u00e0 Chicago pour le Sweet Baking Show, je me suis aussit\u00f4t inscrite pour l&#8217;un de ses cours de p\u00e2tisserie. Je lui avais apport\u00e9 une copie imprim\u00e9e de mon e-book (qu&#8217;elle a ador\u00e9!), et lui avais pr\u00e9par\u00e9 mes fameuses <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/08\/11\/milk-and-cookie-cups\/\">Tasses cookies de lait<\/a>\u00a0\u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu&#8217;elle travaille actuellement sur un\u00a0livre de cuisine sur les cookies. Nous avons \u00e9chang\u00e9 quelques temps, et sans surprise j&#8217;ai d\u00e9couvert que Sally \u00e9tait une personne ext\u00eamement gentille, humble, et qui sait toujours mettre les gens \u00e0 l&#8217;aise. Elle est \u00e9galement extr\u00eamement dou\u00e9e, ayant su transformer sa passion pour le blogging culinaire en un v\u00e9ritable business et ce, en quelques ann\u00e9es seulement. Un exemple tr\u00e8s inspirant !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J&#8217;ai ensuite eu un petit interlude en France. J&#8217;y suis rentr\u00e9e pour des raisons personnelles, et tout ce que je peux dire ici c&#8217;est qu&#8217;il est toujours bon de retourner &#8220;chez soi&#8221;, entour\u00e9 de sa famille. C&#8217;est l&#8217;une des choses les plus pr\u00e9cieuses de ce monde et l&#8217;on tend parfois \u00e0 l&#8217;oublier. J&#8217;\u00e9tais principalement en Touraine dont je suis originaire, et j&#8217;ai pu red\u00e9couvrir le plaisir de la cuisine francaise dans un petit restaurant familial \u00e0 Chinon qui s&#8217;appelle &#8220;Les ann\u00e9es 30&#8221;. J&#8217;ai pu ainsi d\u00e9couvrir cette tradition culinaire am\u00e9ricaine autour d&#8217;une \u00e9norme dinde accompagn\u00e9e de sa farce et d&#8217;une farandole de plats divers et vari\u00e9s. Sans mentionner ici le buffet de desserts qui pr\u00e9sentait entre autres des <em>apple pies<\/em> et autres <em>pumpkin pies<\/em>, tandis que j&#8217;avais pour ma part apport\u00e9 un\u00a0crumble sucr\u00e9 de patates douces et noix de p\u00e9can (\u00e0 tomber !) et mes fameux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2014\/11\/11\/the-best-white-chocolate-cranberry-cookies\/\">cookies au chocolat blanc et aux canneberges<\/a> !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thanksgiving est d\u00e9j\u00e0 derri\u00e8re nous et nous voici tous absorb\u00e9s par les pr\u00e9parations de No\u00ebl qui approche. J&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 de bonne heure cette ann\u00e9e, en cr\u00e9ant mon propre calendrier de l&#8217;Avent et dont je suis tr\u00e8s fi\u00e8re. Chaque jour, j&#8217;ouvre ainsi une nouvelle petite douceur maison, que je suis heureuse de partager avec vous en direct dans des petites vid\u00e9os de mon\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/delscookingtwist\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instagram story<\/a>.
