La seule bonne fa\u00e7on de pr\u00e9parer les choux de Bruxelles, c&#8217;est de les r\u00f4tir au four. Retirez les feuilles externes un peu ab\u00eem\u00e9es et coupez les plus gros en deux. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00e9ta.<\/strong> Choisissez un bloc de feta frais et \u00e9miettez-la simplement \u00e0 la main par-dessus les choux de Bruxelles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grenade.<\/strong> Les graines de grenade apportent des saveurs acidul\u00e9es au plat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Noix de p\u00e9can.<\/strong> Pour apporter un peu de croquant !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable + vinaigre balsamique + huile d&#8217;olive.<\/strong> Ce m\u00e9lange sert \u00e0 enduire les choux de Bruxelles pour les r\u00f4tir au four. L&#8217;assaisonnement n\u00e9cessitera quelques ajustement en raison de quantit\u00e9s plus importantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remplacez la grenade par des cranberries s\u00e9ch\u00e9es.<\/strong> C&#8217;est probablement la d\u00e9clinaison de la recette que je fais la plus souvent quand je n&#8217;ai pas de grenade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parsemez de zeste de citron<\/strong> avant de servir pour ajouter de la fra\u00eecheur au plat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fa\u00eetes-en une salade !<\/strong> Disposez les choux de Bruxelles r\u00f4tis \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9rable et au vinaigre balsamique sur un lit de salade verte. Si vous avez des restes, retirez les graines de grenade et la feta avant placer les choux de Bruxelles au frais dans une bo\u00eete herm\u00e9tique.
