Octobre est officiellement un mois rose chez Del&#8217;s cooking twist.\u00a0Cette fois-ci cependant, c&#8217;\u00e9tait un peu diff\u00e9rent puisque j&#8217;ai pu m&#8217;engager r\u00e9ellement dans un \u00e9v\u00e9nement organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Chicago visant \u00e0 lever\u00a0des fonds pour lutter contre le cancer du sein. Deux sp\u00e9cialistes en chirurgie mammaire \u00e9taient ainsi pr\u00e9sents en vue de nous sensibiliser\u00a0sur la question, tout en\u00a0sachant se montrer\u00a0rassurants plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;alarmants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-26375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Mini-raspberry-cheesecakes_0887c-860x1024.jpg\" alt=\"mini-raspberry-cheesecakes_0887c\" width=\"860\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Mini-raspberry-cheesecakes_0887c-860x1024.jpg 860w, https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Mini-raspberry-cheesecakes_0887c-252x300.jpg 252w, https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Mini-raspberry-cheesecakes_0887c-768x915.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Mini-raspberry-cheesecakes_0887c.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 770px) calc(100vw - 40px), 730px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les femmes \u00e9taient bien s\u00fbr au coeur de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement qui les mettaient \u00e0 l&#8217;honneur en leur offrant la chance de prendre soin d&#8217;elles au cours de la soir\u00e9e avec des activit\u00e9s telles que des massages,\u00a0manucures, etc.\u00a0Une artiste peintre pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9vemement mettait \u00e9galement en ench\u00e8res une de ses oeuvres dans le seul but de pr\u00e9lever des fonds pour le\u00a0<em>Lynn Sage Cancer Research Fund<\/em>. Et puis bien s\u00fbr au milieu de tout cela, j&#8217;\u00e9tais pr\u00e9sente, heureuse d&#8217;apporter ma tr\u00e8s modeste contribution par le biais de ces mini cheesecakes roses sign\u00e9s Del&#8217;s cooking twist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C&#8217;est donc dans le cadre de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement que je me suis attel\u00e9e \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une nouvelle recette rose, que j&#8217;ai souhait\u00e9 une fois de plus (et comme pour mes pancakes) rose, sans pour autant \u00eatre artificiellement rose, c&#8217;est \u00e0 dire sans avoir recours \u00e0 des colorants alimentaires permettant de\u00a0donner une jolie couleur rose \u00e0 ma recette. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, je suis contre l&#8217;utilisation de colorants alimentaires, et je le suis d&#8217;autant plus quand il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une cause ayant un rapport direct \u00e0 la sant\u00e9. Ils me les rapportaient comme \u00e9tant adorables, jolis, et je cite &#8220;pas trop sucr\u00e9s&#8221;. En effet, cette recette comporte relativement peu de sucre par rapport \u00e0 une recette de cheesecake classique, juste assez pour r\u00e9hausser la saveur des framboises sans pour autant prendre le dessus. On obtient ainsi des petits cheesecakes d\u00e9licats, avec une texture a\u00e9rienne et l\u00e9g\u00e8re en bouche qui s&#8217;apparente \u00e0 une mousse, contrastant ainsi avec la base l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croustillante au chocolat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 la fois sophistiqu\u00e9es et\u00a0<em>girly<\/em>, ces petites bouch\u00e9es sont parfaites pour un cocktail, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement particulier (bapt\u00eame, anniversaire&#8230;), ou tout simplement pour une soir\u00e9e entre filles. Pour rendre ce dessert encore plus festif, accompagnez ces mini cheesecakes d&#8217;un coulis de framboise, d&#8217;une petite touche de chantilly et de vin p\u00e9tillant !<\/p>\n<svg Placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur le temps de r\u00e9aliser la garniture du cheesecake.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Pour la garniture : verser les framboises dans un robot mixeur et r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e. \u00c9goutter dans une passoire fine pour se d\u00e9barrasser des graines.
