Fatigu\u00e9s, occup\u00e9s \u00e0 diverses activit\u00e9s, ou tout simplement en manque d&#8217;inspiration (je prends ici toutes les excuses), tout ce que l&#8217;on recherche alors, c&#8217;est se poser et manger. Et donc \u00e0 chaque fois c&#8217;est le m\u00eame sc\u00e9nario : on ouvre le frigo, \u00e0 demi affam\u00e9, et on se demande ce que l&#8217;on va bien pouvoir pr\u00e9parer pour diner. Et je vous le donne en mille, voil\u00e0 qui se termine presque \u00e0 tous les coups par pr\u00e9parer le m\u00eame plat encore et encore, quand encore on parvient \u00e0 r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la tentation ultime de se commander un <em>take away<\/em>, avec tout cela comporte : des plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s souvent trop gras, avec trop de sucre, de sel et autres additifs. Mieux vaut garder ce sc\u00e9nario occasionnel donc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00eame si je suis blogueuse culinaire, je n&#8217;en demeure pas moins exactement comme vous. Parfois je n&#8217;ai pas le temps ou me sens trop fatigu\u00e9e pour cuisiner quoi que ce soit. La seule diff\u00e9rence, c&#8217;est que cuisinant beaucoup, je sais exactement quels ingr\u00e9dients j&#8217;utilise dans ma cuisine, et c&#8217;est pour moi la cl\u00e9 de tout. J&#8217;\u00e9vite autant que possible d&#8217;acheter des plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s bourr\u00e9s d&#8217;additifs artificiels et autres exhausteurs de go\u00fbt, dont on ne conna\u00eet m\u00eame pas les cons\u00e9quences. Ce plat est \u00e9galement 100% vegan, sans gluten, et parfaitement sain. Une recette tellement simple que lorsque vous l&#8217;avez fa\u00eete une fois, vous la referez les yeux ferm\u00e9s par la suite. C&#8217;est en effet une recette tr\u00e8s indulgente et vous n&#8217;avez pas n\u00e9cessairement besoin de coller aux proportions de la recette pour la r\u00e9ussir. Ajustez simplement les quantit\u00e9s selon vos envies et vos go\u00fbts (selon que vous aimez plus ou moins \u00e9pic\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par exemple, vous n&#8217;avez pas forc\u00e9ment besoin d&#8217;ajouter des noix de cajou. Personnellement j&#8217;aime leur c\u00f4t\u00e9 coustillant dans la recette, mais vous pouvez parfaitement vous en passer. Et puis parfois, j&#8217;aime agr\u00e9menter ce curry de pois chiches avec des petits morcceaux d&#8217;ananas pour une petite touche sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e. Non, il ne s&#8217;agit pas de riz que l&#8217;on accompagne de chou fleur, mais simplement de chou fleur r\u00e2p\u00e9 finement (la meilleure fa\u00e7on de le r\u00e9aliser \u00e9tant de mixer \u00e0 puissance maximale les fleurons de chou fleur dans un robot pour obtenir une texture sableuse).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alors pourquoi du chou fleur plut\u00f4t que du riz dans cette recette ?
