Ici, les nouilles de riz deviennent quinoa, les l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9s des l\u00e9gumes croquants, et l&#8217;ensemble est agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d&#8217;une sauce cr\u00e9meuse au beurre de cacahu\u00e8te et au gingembre. Des saveurs sucr\u00e9es-sal\u00e9es et surtout tr\u00e8s gourmandes, avec une petite touche de coquant suppl\u00e9mentaire apport\u00e9e par les cacahu\u00e8tes. Un r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredients-pour-cette-salade-thai-au-quinoa\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour cette salade Thai au quinoa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On retrouve ici 3 cat\u00e9gories d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients pour cette recette : les ingr\u00e9dients de la salade Thai au quinoa, ceux de la sauce au beurre de cacahu\u00e8te et enfin les &#8220;toppings&#8221;. Coupez le chou finement au couteau ou r\u00e2pez-le \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une mandoline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carottes :<\/strong> Elles sont optionnelles dans la salade mais ajoutent une touche de couleur suppl\u00e9mentaire !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beurre de cacahu\u00e8te :<\/strong> Utilis\u00e9 pour la sauce, le beurre de cacahu\u00e8te a un r\u00f4le important dans la salade Thai au quinoa. Assurez-vous de le choisir nature et sans sucre (mieux vaut toujours ajouter du sirop d&#8217;agave soi-m\u00eame que d&#8217;utiliser un beurre de cacahu\u00e8te trop &#8211; et artificiellement &#8211; sucr\u00e9).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gingembre :<\/strong> C&#8217;est la petite touche fra\u00eecheur indispensable de la sauce au beurre de cacahu\u00e8te. Le tout est d&#8217;essayer de conserver un ratio respectable entre le quinoa et les l\u00e9gumes afin que la salade reste nourrissante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-methode-de-preparation-et-variations\">M\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration et variations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Peu de choses \u00e0 dire sur la pr\u00e9paration de la salade en tant que tel, puisqu&#8217;en dehors de la cuisson du quinoa, il suffit de couper tous les l\u00e9gumes et de les ajouter au quinoa refroidi. Si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas familiers avec tous les ingr\u00e9dients, sachez que vous trouverez ais\u00e9ment de l&#8217;huile de s\u00e9same et du vinaigre de riz dans la section asiatique de votre supermarch\u00e9. Pour ce qui est du reste, il suffit simplement de fouetter tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble dans un bol avant d&#8217;ajouter le dressing \u00e0 la salade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez conserver une partie de la sauce au beurre de cacahu\u00e8te dans un bocal herm\u00e9tique plac\u00e9 au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 une semaine.
