Quasiment tous les Su\u00e9dois connaissent dans leur cercle de connaissances proches quelqu&#8217;un qui poss\u00e8de une <em>stuga<\/em>, quand ils n&#8217;en poss\u00e8dent pas une eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 l&#8217;heure o\u00f9 la mondialisation est partout et tend \u00e0 uniformiser toutes les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s occidentales, leurs populations et leurs coutumes, j&#8217;aime l&#8217;id\u00e9e de ce retour aux sources par le biais de traditions que l&#8217;on perp\u00e9tue au fil des ans. En France, beaucoup de traditions rurales ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 disparu avec le temps, et les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations en ont parfois seulement entendu parler. La Su\u00e8de \u00e0 l&#8217;inverse s&#8217;efforce de les conserver, impliquant jeunes et moins jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations dans la pr\u00e9paration des c\u00e9l\u00e9brations, recr\u00e9ant le temps d&#8217;un instant l&#8217;esprit rural de la Su\u00e8de d&#8217;antan. L&#8217;omnipr\u00e9sence des fleurs est \u00e9galement \u00e0 noter, avec notamment les jolies couronnes de fleurs fra\u00eeches r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour l&#8217;occasion et port\u00e9es par les petites filles. Et puis pour moi, Midsommar c&#8217;est aussi les baies (fraises, framboises et autres myrtilles) qui occupent le devant de la sc\u00e8ne sur tous les desserts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les Su\u00e9dois adorent les baies, pour mon plus grand plaisir. Belles, color\u00e9es et d\u00e9licieusement sucr\u00e9es, elles ont aussi de nombreux bienfaits sur le plan nutritionnel (excellente source de vitamine C, propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes, etc.). Mais saviez-vous que les Su\u00e9dois se plaisent \u00e9galement \u00e0 d\u00e9cliner ces petites brioches en d&#8217;inombrables versions ? Parmi celles-ci, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2013\/11\/12\/swedish-cardamom-buns-with-a-twist-of-raspberries\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">brioches aux framboises et \u00e0 la cardamome<\/a> sont \u00e0 essayer absolument, de m\u00eame que cette nouvelle version que je vous pr\u00e9sente aujourd&#8217;hui avec des myrtilles et de la cr\u00e8me vanill\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les petites brioches aux myrtilles (ou\u00a0&#8220;bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsbullar&#8221;) sont parfaites pour l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9, apr\u00e8s une bonne cueillette de myrtilles fra\u00eeches dans les bois. Jamie Oliver en a d&#8217;ailleurs r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une petite vid\u00e9o tr\u00e8s amusante lors de son passage en Su\u00e8de il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, les renommant &#8220;Swedish sexy buns&#8221;. Dans la vid\u00e9o, on le voit\u00a0se batailler avec les myrtilles juteuses qui r\u00e9pandent leur couleur mauve un peu partout, aussi bien sur les mains de Jamie que dans la pr\u00e9paration qui bient\u00f4t ne ressemble plus \u00e0 rien. Mais Jamie, loin de s&#8217;avouer vaincu, t\u00e9moigne au contraire \u00a0tout son enthousiasme pour la recette, qui au final semble, si ce n&#8217;est belle visuellement, du moins gourmande \u00e0 souhait et tr\u00e8s sexy !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J&#8217;ai eu l&#8217;occasion de tester plusieurs recettes de\u00a0<em>bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsbullar<\/em>, et mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es sont toujours celles qui sont garnies de cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la vanille. J&#8217;aime aussi beaucoup la cardamome, et c&#8217;est alors en combinant diff\u00e9rentes recettes avec mes go\u00fbts personnels que j&#8217;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour vous aujourd&#8217;hui cette recette de petites brioches avec des myrtilles, de la vanille et de la cardamome, apportant moi aussi mon twist \u00e0 l&#8217;empire des\u00a0petites brioches su\u00e9doises. La recette a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e\u00a0et approuv\u00e9e par tous mes coll\u00e8gues, \u00e0 la fois bluff\u00e9s par leur c\u00f4t\u00e9 moelleux, la douceur de la cr\u00e8me vanill\u00e9e et le contraste fascinant des myrtilles associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la cardamome. Faire fondre le beurre et le verser dedans. Ajouter tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients, et p\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te pendant 10-15 minutes (tr\u00e8s important). Faire reposer sous couvert d&#8217;un torchon \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant environ 30 minutes. La p\u00e2te doit doubler de volume.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Pour la cr\u00e8me vanill\u00e9e : mixer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans une casserole. Faire chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen sans cesser de remuer et jusqu&#8217;a ce que la cr\u00e8me s&#8217;\u00e9paississe. L&#8221;ensemble doit fr\u00e9mir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement mais ne pas bouillir. Laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Pendant ce temps, \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te sur une large surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e et former un large rectangle.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Pour la garniture : m\u00e9langer ensemble le beurre ramolli, le sucre et la cardamome fra\u00eechement moulue puis l&#8217;\u00e9taler sur la moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te dans le sens de la longueur. Parsemer de myrtilles par-dessus (les choisir de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence petites).<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te en un large rectangle, puis \u00e9taler la garniture sur l&#8217;un des c\u00f4t\u00e9s du rectangle, dans le sens de la longueur.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Replier la p\u00e2te de telle sorte que le c\u00f4t\u00e9 non garni recouvre le c\u00f4t\u00e9 garni.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Couper des bandes d&#8217;environ 1 cm de large dans le sens de la hauteur. Prendre deux bandes \u00e0 la fois et les entrelacer, en veillant \u00e0 ne pas perdre trop de myrtilles au passage. Enrouler les brioches sur elles-m\u00eames en partant du centre, puis d\u00e9poser sur une petite caissette en papier. Couvrir d&#8217;un torchon et laisser reposer 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-8\">Pendant ce temps, remplir une pouche \u00e0 douille de la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la vanille, puis une fois que les brioches sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre enfourn\u00e9es, y d\u00e9poser en leur centre une couche de cr\u00e8me vanill\u00e9e, en s&#8217;aidant de la poche \u00e0 douille.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-9\">Enfourner les brioches \u00e0 200\u00b0C pendant environ 10 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une jolie couleur dor\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-10\">M\u00e9langer le sucre et le beurre fondu, puis badigeonner les petites brioches tout juste sorties du four de cette pr\u00e9paration. Les plonger aussit\u00f4t dans un peu de sucre de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 en recouvrir les bords.
