C&#8217;est en effet \u00e0 Chicago que je l&#8217;ai go\u00fbt\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois, en allant rendre visite \u00e0 mon copain (maintenant mon fianc\u00e9 m\u00eame) qui venait d&#8217;y emm\u00e9nager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En entrant dans l&#8217;appartement pour la premi\u00e8re fois, j&#8217;ai tout d&#8217;abord aper\u00e7u cette vue imprenable sur les gratte-ciels de Chicago depuis la baie vitr\u00e9e qui occupe tout un pan de mur. \u00c9tonnamment similaire au n\u00f4tre \u00e0 Stockholm dans sa disposition, je me suis de suite sentie &#8220;\u00e0 la maison&#8221; dans ce petit nid. Un deuxi\u00e8me chez nous en quelque sorte. Je me souviens notamment de ce d\u00e9licieux granola aux \u00e9pices &#8220;pumpkin pie&#8221;, de ces petits bagels aux graines, ET de cette irr\u00e9sistible p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner aux noix de p\u00e9can. Pour la petite histoire, l&#8217;emm\u00e9nagement \u00e9tait encore r\u00e9cent et David n&#8217;avait pas encore re\u00e7u sa table \u00e0 manger. Nous nous sommes alors install\u00e9s sur le canap\u00e9, remplacant\u00a0la table inexistante par des chaises pour d\u00e9guster notre petit d\u00e9jeuner. Une logistique un peu bancale donc, mais je garde n\u00e9anmoins de tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9ables souvenirs de ce petit d\u00e9jeuner par cette belle matin\u00e9e ensoleill\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aussit\u00f4t conquise par la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner aux noix de p\u00e9can, j&#8217;ai aussit\u00f4t v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 sa composition au dos du bocal : des ingr\u00e9dients simples et naturels, et pas de sucre ajout\u00e9. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, mes p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 base d&#8217;amandes ou de noisettes (allez voir la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/04\/22\/chocolate-hazelnut-spread-newtella\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner chocolat-noisettes &#8220;Newtella&#8221;<\/a>), mais je n&#8217;avais jusqu&#8217;alors jamais test\u00e9 avec des noix de p\u00e9can. Il est difficile de d\u00e9crire le go\u00fbt des noix de p\u00e9can, qui ont un peu plus de caract\u00e8re que les noix classiques. Elles sont \u00e9galement riches en acides gras monoinsatur\u00e9s (ce qu&#8217;on appelle &#8220;le bon gras&#8221;) et sont une excellente source d&#8217;antioxydants ph\u00e9noliques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il existe de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;appr\u00e9cier cette p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner aux noix de p\u00e9can. Vous pouvez tout sinplement l&#8217;\u00e9taler g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement sur une tranche de pain et l&#8217;appr\u00e9cier telle quelle, ou bien untiliser une ou deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cette p\u00e2te dans votre smoothie en lieu et place du beurre d&#8217;amande ou de noisettes (\u00e0 essayer dans mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2016\/05\/10\/vegan-carob-smoothie-bowl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">smoothie bowl vegan \u00e0 la caroube<\/a> et dans mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2014\/02\/25\/raw-chocolate-almond-smoothie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">smoothie au chocolat cru et amande<\/a> \u00e0 la place du beurre d&#8217;amande). Vous pouvez \u00e9galement l&#8217;utiliser dans vos boules \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques (\u00e0 tester par exemple dans mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/03\/16\/healthy-no-bake-energy-bites\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">boules de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/a> \u00e0 la place du beurre de cacahu\u00e8te). Ou bien jouez simplement l&#8217;innocent comme ferait David en disant &#8220;Oh, la cuill\u00e8re est tomb\u00e9e dans le pot!&#8221; d&#8217;un air d\u00e9sol\u00e9 et les yeux remplis de
