J&#8217;ai h\u00e2te de vous en dire plus !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais revenons-en \u00e0 notre pesto de betteraves. J&#8217;aime beaucoup les betteraves, car c&#8217;est un ingr\u00e9dient qui a la particularit\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00eatre relativement versatile, en s&#8217;accomodant aussi bien en sal\u00e9 qu&#8217;en sucr\u00e9, tout en apportant une jolie couleur aux plats. Petite, j&#8217;avais pour habitude de manger des betteraves coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s et servies avec une sauce vinaigrette. En passant un peu de temps sur Instagram, je suis tomb\u00e9e il y a peu\u00a0sur un joli toast avec une tartinade rose fonc\u00e9e, et j&#8217;en ai d\u00e9duit qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agissait de betteraves. On ajoute un peu d&#8217;ail pour r\u00e9hausser le go\u00fbt, du sel et du poivre, et le tour est jou\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce pesto est \u00e0 la fois haut en saveurs et en couleurs (et vous conna\u00eessez d\u00e9j\u00e0 ma th\u00e9orie\u00a0d&#8217;un joli plat = meilleur plat). Froide, vous pouvez appr\u00e9cier ce pesto en\u00a0tartinade sur une tranche de pain noir (ou aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales), en r\u00e9haussant le tout de quelques tranches d&#8217;avocat, un peu de feta et des feuilles de coriandre.\u00a0Et bient\u00f4t, vous d\u00e9couvrirez sur le blog une recette 100% veggie, saine et savoureuse, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec ce pesto. \u00c0 tr\u00e8s vite !<\/p>\n<svg
