En outre, ce type de p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 la vanille est plut\u00f4t rare dans les boulangeries, bien que la p\u00e2tisserie ressemble en fait au fond d&#8217;une tarte \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re que l&#8217;on garnit ensuite de fruit. D&#8217;ailleurs, vous pouvez ajouter votre petit <em>twist<\/em> et y glisser une petite framboise au milieu, que votre Valentin(e) sera surpris(e) de d\u00e9couvrir en d\u00e9gustant cette petite beaut\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il y a plus d&#8217;un an de cela que je me suis procur\u00e9e les petits moules en m\u00e9tal qui permettent de r\u00e9aliser la recette, dans la petite boutique attenante au caf\u00e9 de Tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden, au milieu de Djurg\u00e5rden \u00e0 Stockholm (si vous planifiez de venir \u00e0 Stockholm, je vous recommande vivement cette adresse bucolique). Sachez toutefois qu&#8217;il est parfaitement possible de r\u00e9aliser cette recette dans des moules \u00e0 cupcakes ou muffins en forme de coeur. Je me demande maintenant comment j&#8217;ai pu attendre si longtemps avant de tester. La p\u00e2te se travaille sans aucune difficult\u00e9, et il vous suffit ensuite de recouvrir le fond des moules en forme de coeur d&#8217;une couche de p\u00e2te, de garnir de cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la vanille (qui est pr\u00eate en deux minutes seulement) et de recouvrir d&#8217;une derni\u00e8re couche de p\u00e2te. Enfournez pendant 15 minutes, laissez refroidir puis recouvrir de sucre glace. C&#8217;est pr\u00eat !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces jolis petits coeurs su\u00e9dois \u00e0 la vanille font des petites p\u00e2tisseries parfaites pour un fika (go\u00fbter en su\u00e9dois) de Saint Valentin, \u00e0 partager avec votre moiti\u00e9.
