On retrouve cette derni\u00e8re surtout en Provence et en Languedoc, mais \u00e9galement en Espagne et au Portugal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayant grandi au Nord de la Loire, j&#8217;ai principalement connu la premi\u00e8re tradition, mais il arrivait aussi chez nous que l&#8217;on alterne avec la couronne des rois brioch\u00e9e.\u00a0L&#8217;important finalement est d&#8217;y retrouver la f\u00e8ve traditionnelle que l&#8217;on retrouve dans les deux versions, en demandant au plus jeune enfant\u00a0(symbole d&#8217;innocence) de se cacher sous la table pour d\u00e9signer \u00e0 qui distribuer les parts. M\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau pendant 5 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te se d\u00e9colle des parois. Si toutefois la p\u00e2te demeure trop liquide, ajouter un peu de farine.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Couvrir la cuve du batteur d&#8217;un torchon propre et laisser reposer la p\u00e2te pendant 1 heure \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Former une boule avec la p\u00e2te, puis l&#8217;aplatir \u00e0 la main sur un plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9, en un cercle d&#8217;environ 20 \u00e0 30 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Faire un trou au centre de la p\u00e2te (\u00e0 l&#8217;aide de votre doigt), puis \u00e9largir progressivement le trou central d&#8217;environ 5-8 cm de diam\u00e8tre, en farinant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les bords pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te ne colle. Ne pas oublier de glisser la f\u00e8ve en dessous, en refermant les bords autour.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Transf\u00e9rer la couronne brioch\u00e9e sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 ou d&#8217;un tapis en silicone, puis badigeonner du m\u00e9lange oeuf battu et lait.
