Les su\u00e9dois ont m\u00eame invent\u00e9 un mot pour d\u00e9crir une ambiance chaleureuse, le mot &#8220;mysigt&#8221; (correspondant \u00e0 &#8220;cosy&#8221; en anglais) et l&#8217;utilisent aussi souvent que possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et m\u00eame si la neige n&#8217;est pas encore arriv\u00e9e ici, on ressent cette ambiance des f\u00eates de fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e comme un moment enchanteur dans toutes les maisons. Enfin, le tout s&#8217;accompagne tr\u00e8s souvent de viennoiseries \u00e0 base de safran, qui est la v\u00e9ritable \u00e9pice de No\u00ebl ici en Su\u00e8de.\u00a0Parmi elles, les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres sont sans aucun doute les petites <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2013\/12\/09\/swedish-christmas-saffron-buns-lussekatter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">brioches au safran &#8220;Lussekatter&#8221;<\/a>, tout particuli\u00e8rement pour les enfants (mais pas seulement!). Ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 partag\u00e9 cette recette sur le blog, o\u00f9 j&#8217;explique \u00e9galement la tradition de la Sainte Lucie, puis r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un d\u00e9licieux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/01\/07\/lactose-free-saffron-cheesecake\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cheesecake au safran<\/a> (sans lactose), j&#8217;ai choisi cette fois-ci\u00a0de r\u00e9aliser pour vous une petite variante : la brioche tress\u00e9e au safran et \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la vanille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les r\u00e9alisations avec du safran sont souvent relativement l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9es, de quoi faire plaisir \u00e0 tous ceux qui ne sont pas tr\u00e8s becs sucr\u00e9s. Cette brioche offre en outre une texture tout particuli\u00e8rement l\u00e9g\u00e8re et a\u00e9r\u00e9e, qui s&#8217;associe merveilleusement bien \u00e0 la douceur de la cr\u00e8me vanill\u00e9e. C&#8217;est \u00e9galement une recette tr\u00e8s amusante \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, et gr\u00e2ce au petit tutoriel ci-dessous, vous y arriverez sans aucun mal et serez ravis du r\u00e9sultat !\u00a0Mais de sucre en poudre. Dissoudre le saffran dans le lait.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">\u00c9mietter la levure fra\u00eeche dans un grand saladier, puis verser le lait au safran par dessus, en m\u00e9langeant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la levure soit parfaitement dissoute.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Ajouter l&#8217;oeuf, le sucre, le beurre et la cardamome et m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Ajouter enfin le sel et la farine, en plusieurs fois, en m\u00e9langeant bien apr\u00e8s chaque ajout (la p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre ferme mais pas dure).<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te vigoureusement pendant quelques minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Recouvrir d&#8217;un torchon propre et laisser lever pendant 50-60 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Pour la cr\u00e8me vanill\u00e9e : m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans une casserole. Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen, en m\u00e9langeant constamment jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me s&#8217;\u00e9paississe. Laisser refroidir et ajouter les graines de cardamome.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-8\">Former la brioche : diviser la p\u00e2te en 2. \u00c9taler chacune d&#8217;entre elles en un large rectangle de 30&#215;40 cm, sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 (il est possible d&#8217;\u00e9taler la p\u00e2te directement sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e, mais il sera plus difficile de d\u00e9placer la brioche lorsqu&#8217;elle sera pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre enfourn\u00e9e).<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-9\">R\u00e9partir la cr\u00e8me vanill\u00e9e au milieu dans le sens de la longueur, comme expliqu\u00e9 sur l&#8217;image ci-dessous. Faire ensuite des entailles de biais, de 2 cm de large environ.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-10\">Former une tresse, en rabattant les lamelles de p\u00e2tes vers le centre de telle sorte que cela recouvre parfaitement la cr\u00e8me vanill\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-11\">Recouvrir la brioche d&#8217;un torchon et laisser lever pendant 30 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Pendant ce temps l\u00e0, pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-12\">Badigeonner la brioche de jaune d&#8217;oeuf battu, puis parsemer les amandes effil\u00e9es et les perles de sucre.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-13\">Enfourner pendant 25-28 minutes dans la partie basse du four.
