Vous avez certainement d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 du pain perdu (plus souvent appel\u00e9 French toasts), n&#8217;est-ce pas ? Mais avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 pens\u00e9 \u00e0 les r\u00e9aliser en version sal\u00e9e ? J&#8217;ai alors test\u00e9 sa recette avec des amis et nous avons tous \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement conquis. Depuis, impossible d&#8217;enlever cette id\u00e9e de ma t\u00eate que de cr\u00e9er une recette de pain perdu sal\u00e9 tout sp\u00e9cialement pour vous, mes chers lecteurs. Je pense que cela fait partie de mon petit secret &#8220;healthy&#8221; dans la vie : toujours \u00e9quilibrer un plat avec un peu de l\u00e9gumes verts. Et cette fois-ci j&#8217;ai opt\u00e9 pour le kale, le chou vert le plus en vogue du moment !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au final, vous obtenez un pain perdu des plus savoureux qui ne laissera personne indiff\u00e9rent. Y faire revenir les tranches de pain imbib\u00e9es du m\u00e9lange oeuf-cr\u00e8me, puis parsemer d&#8217;un peu de parmesan sur le dessus. Faire revenir des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les tranches obtiennent une belle couleur dor\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Pour le chou kale : faire sauter le chou vert kale avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-chaud pendant quelques minutes, en m\u00e9langeant de temps \u00e0 autres.
