Il s&#8217;agit sans aucun doute du meilleur cheesecake que j&#8217;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent : fondant \u00e0 souhait et d\u00e9licieusement parfum\u00e9 au caramel au beurre sal\u00e9. Un pur d\u00e9lice !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;id\u00e9e de ce dessert est apparue pour moi lors d&#8217;un d\u00e9jeuner avec une amie qui est aussi un fin cordon bleu (Hi Audrey!). L&#8217;ensemble m&#8217;a sembl\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement tr\u00e8s harmonieux et tr\u00e8s doux !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toutefois, lorsque je lui ai demand\u00e9 la recette, mon amie m&#8217;a alors r\u00e9pondu qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;en avait pas vraiment. Un\u00a0dessert automne-hiver absolument parfait selon moi, et que je vous conseille fortement de tester.
