J&#8217;aime me r\u00e9veiller de bonne heure, prendre le temps de me chouchouter un peu, puis appr\u00e9cier un bon petit d\u00e9jeuner au calme. C&#8217;est pour moi un moment qui me permet d&#8217;organiser mes pens\u00e9es et me pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e qui commence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J&#8217;aime tous les types de petits d\u00e9jeuners, mais de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, j&#8217;aime commencer la journ\u00e9e avec un petit d\u00e9jeuner sain et nourrissant \u00e0 la fois, qui me donne toute l&#8217;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour dynamiser mon corps et mon cerveau. Voici quelques exemples de petits d\u00e9jeuners relativement sains que j&#8217;aime r\u00e9aliser le matin. Elle est notamment riche en prot\u00e9ines et en fibres.
