L&#8217;un de moments forts de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, c&#8217;est bien s\u00fbr l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e de l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9, avec des jours tr\u00e8s longs o\u00f9 le soleil ne se couche que quelques heures par jour et les temp\u00e9ratures sont plus cl\u00e9mentes. C&#8217;est \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque\u00a0(entre le 19 et le 25 juin), qu&#8217;a lieu la f\u00eate traditionnelle de <em><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Midsummer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Midsommar<\/a> <\/em>(litt\u00e9ralement la mi-\u00e9t\u00e9),\u00a0qui correspond au solstice d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9, et qui est sans aucun doute la plus grande c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des Su\u00e9dois.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"adthrive-video-player in-post\" itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/VideoObject\" data-video-id=\"Lhf89gfl\" data-player-type=\"\" orientation=\"\" override-embed=\"\">\n\t\t\t<meta itemprop=\"uploadDate\" content=\"2018-11-16T13:32:22.000Z\" \/>\n\t\t<meta itemprop=\"name\" content=\"Cinnamon Star Bread\" \/>\n\t\t<meta itemprop=\"description\" content=\"A beautiful cinnamon bun shaped into a cinnamon star bread! Pour ma part, j&#8217;associe Midsommar \u00e0 plusieurs symboles cl\u00e9s : le mat traditionnel recouvert de feuilles et de\u00a0fleurs, les couronnes de fleurs, les chants et les danses, un long repas interminable interrompu de schnaps (beaucoup, beaucoup de schnaps!) et de chants. J&#8217;oubliais : rires et bonne humeur sont \u00e9galement au programme !<\/p>\n<p>Les enfants, avec leurs couronnes de fleurs sur la t\u00eate, sont au coeur des festivit\u00e9s. Accompagn\u00e9s de leurs parents, ils effectuent des danses autour du grand mat de Midsommar, qui tr\u00f4ne au milieu d&#8217;une \u00e9tendue d&#8217;herbe \u00e0 la campagne. Le chant traditionnel le plus connu est bien entendu &#8220;Sm\u00e5 grodorna&#8221;, le chant des petites grenouilles, o\u00f9 les enfants comme les parents s&#8217;amusent \u00e0 danser en faisant des petits sauts comme les grenouilles. Tr\u00e8s amusant \u00e0 voir ! Mais si vous souhaitez vraiment avoir un aper\u00e7u complet des festivit\u00e9s de Midsommar, je vous conseille de venir en Su\u00e8de \u00e0 ce moment de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e au moins une fois !<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-6408\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Cinnamon-star-bread5-702x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Cinnamon star bread\" width=\"640\" height=\"933\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour cette occasion tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9ciale, j&#8217;ai voulu vous pr\u00e9parer quelque chose d&#8217;un peu sp\u00e9cial. J&#8217;aurais pu choisir une recette classique que l&#8217;on sert \u00e0 Midsommar, comme le hareng marin\u00e9 ou le saumon par exemple, mais \u00e0 la place j&#8217;ai opt\u00e9 pour les fameuses petites <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2014\/01\/13\/swedish-cinnamon-rolls-or-kanelbullar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">brioches \u00e0 la cannelle<\/a> (&#8220;<em>kanelbullar<\/em>&#8221; en su\u00e9dois) et leur ai apport\u00e9 un petit twist festif, en forme d&#8217;\u00e9toile !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En raison de l&#8217;aspect visuel de cette recette, j&#8217;ai pens\u00e9 qu&#8217;il pourrait \u00eatre sympa de faire une petite vid\u00e9o afin de vous montrer comment r\u00e9aliser cette jolie \u00e9toile, qui est en fait beaucoup plus simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;en a l&#8217;air ! L&#8217;exercice \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s amusant et il me tarde d\u00e9j\u00e0 de recommencer \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des petits vid\u00e9os de temps \u00e0 autre, en supposant que celle-ci vous plaira. Je vous demande toutefois\u00a0d&#8217;\u00eatre un peu indulgents avec mes petites imperfections de d\u00e9butante devant la cam\u00e9ra (je vous rassure, en vrai je suis beaucoup plus souriante et Verser par dessus la levure s\u00e8che et laisser reposer pendant 15 minutes pour activer la levure.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Ajouter le lait additionn\u00e9 de la levure aux autres ingr\u00e9dients et bien m\u00e9langer. Former une boule, puis p\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te pendant 8 \u00e0 10 minutes dans la cuve d&#8217;un robot mixeur ou pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes \u00e0 la main. Recouvrir le bol d&#8217;un film alimentaire et laisser la p\u00e2te lever pendant 1 \u00e0 1h30 (elle doit doubler en taille).<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer la garniture, en mixant le sucre et la cannelle. Y ajouter le beurre ramolli et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Sortir la p\u00e2te et la p\u00e9trir encore une minute \u00e0 la main. Former une sorte de boudin et diviser en 4 parts \u00e9gales. Les rassembler en boules.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">\u00c9taler la premi\u00e8re boule de p\u00e2te en un large disque et la faire glisser sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#8217;op\u00e9ration avec les autres boules de p\u00e2te. La p\u00e2te doit faire 2 \u00e0 3mm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">D\u00e9poser une assiette par dessus la p\u00e2te pour imprimer le contour, sans couper. Couvrir cette surface avec une fine couche de garniture \u00e0 la cannelle. Placer la deuxi\u00e8me couche de p\u00e2te par dessus et recouvrir de garniture \u00e0 la cannelle de nouveau, en respectant plus ou moins le contour de l&#8217;assiette. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#8217;op\u00e9ration avec la troisi\u00e8me couche, puis recouvrir de la quatri\u00e8me couche. Placer de nouveau l&#8217;assiette par dessus, face vers le bas, puis couper l&#8217;exc\u00e8s de p\u00e2te tout autour \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un petit couteau. Vous obtenez ainsi un beau disque \u00e0 4 \u00e9tages.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-8\">Placer un petit verre en son centre, puis diviser en 4 dans un premier temps (en veillant \u00e0 laisser le centre intact), puis de nouveau en 4 et encore une derni\u00e8re fois. Vous obtenez ainsi 16 parts \u00e9gales.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-9\">Prendre deux segments de p\u00e2te, une de chaque main et leur faire faire deux tours dans la direction ext\u00e9rieure (voir vid\u00e9o), puis les reposer. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#8217;op\u00e9ration avec toutes les autres paires afin de former une belle \u00e9toile \u00e0 8 branches.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-10\">Rapprocher et coller ensemble les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de chacune des paires afin d&#8217;obtenir une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 arrondie.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-11\">Badigeonner la surface avec le blanc d&#8217;oeuf restant.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-12\">Enfourner \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 15-20 minutes.
