Ici \u00e0 Stockholm les jours sont de plus en plus longs d&#8217;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, et voil\u00e0 qui booste \u00e0 la fois mon \u00e9nergie et ma cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 ! Preuve en est, aujourd&#8217;hui je vous ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une nouvelle version du traditionnel g\u00e2teau au chocolat su\u00e9dois, le <em>kladdkaka<\/em>, qui est une pure merveille au passage, et ai utilis\u00e9 du chocolat blanc \u00e0 la place. Il ne m&#8217;a pas fallu longtemps pour accompagner ce dessert d&#8217;un coulis de framboise, l&#8217;association chocolat blanc-framboises \u00e9tant l&#8217;une de mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es (voir ma recette de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2013\/07\/10\/two-tone-chocolate-tartlets-with-lime-zests\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Duo de chocolats et citrons verts en tartelettes<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outre l&#8217;association de ces saveurs, c&#8217;est \u00e9galement l&#8217;association de ces couleurs ensemble que j&#8217;affectionne tout particuli\u00e8rement, et qui pour cette fois-ci m&#8217;on \u00e9t\u00e9 inspir\u00e9es en me baladant sur le nouveau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westwing.fr\/un-air-de-printemps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Spring ebook<\/a> de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westwing.fr\/customer\/account\/create\/?login=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Westwing<\/a>, o\u00f9 cette recette sera bient\u00f4t publi\u00e9e. Selon le temps de cuissson que vous choisirez, il vous appartient de jouer sur la consistance, selon que vous le pr\u00e9f\u00e9riez plus ou moins fondant ou bien avec une consistance se rapprochant davantage d&#8217;un moelleux.
