Avant l&#8217;envoi pour impression\u00a0de leur livre, il leur a fallu\u00a0r\u00e9aliser toutes leurs recettes une fois de plus pour s&#8217;assurer de l&#8217;exactitude de chacune d&#8217;entre elles. \u00c9videmment l&#8217;id\u00e9e m&#8217;a de suite s\u00e9duite\u00a0et je me suis port\u00e9e volontaire pour les y aider.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bien entendu, je leur ai demand\u00e9 si je pouvais tester une recette typiquement su\u00e9doise, afin de pouvoir la partager sur le blog avec vous. Et j&#8217;ai obtenu de tester cette jolie tarte aux anchois et aux oignons. Je me devais de suivre les instructions \u00e0 la lettre et rapporter les \u00e9ventuelles erreurs qui avaient pu se glisser dans la recette et\/ou petites imperfections qu&#8217;il importait de modifier.
