Notre passion pour la p\u00e2tisserie et la cuisine en g\u00e9n\u00e9rale est cependant bien ant\u00e9rieure, mais s&#8217;est \u00e9panouie pleinement avec les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s su\u00e9doises que nous avons d\u00e9couvertes peu \u00e0 peu, autour de ce que les Su\u00e9dois appellent \u201dfika\u201d. Si vous lisez mon blog r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, vous savez sans doute d\u00e9j\u00e0 de quoi il s&#8217;agit. Et si vous ne le savez pas encore, laissez moi vous l&#8217;expliquer en quelques mots.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un fika est une pause caf\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement accompagn\u00e9e de quelques p\u00e2tisseries, qui ponctue la journ\u00e9e d&#8217;un Su\u00e9dois une \u00e0 deux fois par jour, y compris sur leur lieu de travail. N&#8217;est-ce pas le paradis sur terre ? Autant vous le dire de suite,\u00a0j&#8217;ai imm\u00e9diatement adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;id\u00e9e et le mot \u201dfika\u201d est d&#8217;ailleurs le premier mot su\u00e9dois que j&#8217;ai appris ! Un fika dure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas plus de 15 minutes au travail mais peut \u00e9videmment se prolonger davantage dans la vie priv\u00e9e. Plus qu&#8217;une simple pause caf\u00e9, le fika est une v\u00e9ritable institution ici en Su\u00e8de, et toute occasion est bonne pour se rencontrer autour d&#8217;un fika. Une bonne mani\u00e8re de passer les longs hivers dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Nous vous d\u00e9voilerons de mani\u00e8re p\u00e9dagogique les secrets pour devenir expert en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dimanche 16 novembre (Abbaye St L\u00e9ger de Soissons) : Petites brioches \u00e0 la cannelle et \u00e0 la cardamome <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durant la premi\u00e8re heure qui nous est impartie, nous vous pr\u00e9parerons la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 num\u00e9ro 1 en Su\u00e8de : les petites brioches \u00e0 la cannelle, d\u00eetes \u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2014\/01\/13\/swedish-cinnamon-rolls-or-kanelbullar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kanelbullar<\/a>\u201d, ainsi que leur version \u00e0 la cardamome d\u00eetes kardemummabullar en su\u00e9dois. Il existe de nombreuses recettes diff\u00e9rentes pour chacune des deux types de petites brioches et nous vous expliquerons les diff\u00e9rences \u00e0 conna\u00eetre pour vous y retrouver avant de vous lancer dans la pr\u00e9paration de l&#8217;une d&#8217;entre elles.
