Maintenant que nous sommes bien rentr\u00e9s, voici que nos amis Seb et Doreen se marient ce week-end et nous partons d&#8217;ailleurs \u00e0 Hambourg pour l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Et si l&#8217;on y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit, quoi de mieux que de leur souhaiter tous nos\u00a0voeux de bonheur que par le biais de ce dessert gourmand et plein de tendresse ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oh, et avant que j&#8217;oublie, il y a une chose que vous devez savoir \u00e0 propos de ce brownie : je vous recommande de le partager avec des amis ou en famille juste apr\u00e8s l&#8217;avoir retir\u00e9 du four, en y plongeant une petite cuill\u00e8re directement dans le moule. Une mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s enfantine et\u00a0conviviale\u00a0qui vous permettra en outre d&#8217;\u00e9viter que les chamallows ne se collent les uns aux autres (ce qui peut \u00eatre le cas si les tourbillons de caramel dans la p\u00e2tes ne sont pas assez profonds). Beurrer et fariner un moule de 26 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Couper le chocolat en morceaux et le beurre en d\u00e9s, puis les faire fondre ensemble dans une casserole de taille moyenne \u00e0 feu moyen, sans cesser de remuer. Battre les oeufs avec le sucre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une consistence cr\u00e9meuse et a\u00e9r\u00e9e. Y verser le m\u00e9lange beurre-chocolat ainsi que l&#8217;extrait de vanille am\u00e8re, puis ajouter la farine et la levure.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule et faire des tourbillons avec le caramel au beurre sal\u00e9. Enfourner pendant 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">\u00c0 la sortie du four, recouvrir le brownie avec les chamallows et enfourner de nouveau pendant 5 minutes \u00e0 150\u00b0C, en surveillant de pr\u00e8s la cuisson pour \u00e9viter que le dessus ne br\u00fble. Couper le brownie en tranches presque aussit\u00f4t tant que les chamallows sont encore chauds et tendres.
