Il se passe rarement une semaine sans que je me fasse un smoothie banane et beurre de cacahu\u00e8te au petit d\u00e9jeuner. C&#8217;est de loin mon pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de tous, tant niveau saveur (on dirait un dessert) que sur le plan nutritionnel. Des bananes, du beurre de cacahu\u00e8te et un peu de lait pour la base, \u00e0 laquelle on peut ajouter quelques flocons d&#8217;avoine pour rendre la boisson encore plus cr\u00e9meuse et rassasiante. Cela vous assurera qu&#8217;elles sont bien sucr\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez ensuite les bananes et coupez-les en gros morceaux avant de les placer dans un sac cong\u00e9lation et de les congeler. Cette \u00e9tape peut-\u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e des semaines, voire des mois \u00e0 l&#8217;avance. Vous aurez ainsi toujours des bananes \u00e0 disposition pour r\u00e9aliser votre smoothie.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"contentbox contentbox-palepink notop nobot\">\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\n\n<p><strong>Et si je n&#8217;ai pas de bananes surgel\u00e9es ?<\/strong> Aucun souci. Votre smoothie banane et beurre de cacahu\u00e8te sera aussi tr\u00e8s gourmand avec des bananes fra\u00eeches (je le fais tout le temps). Les fibres rendent le smoothie encore plus nourrissant et rassasiant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de cannelle.<\/strong> D\u00e9licieux !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sucrez votre smoothie naturellement.<\/strong> Si vous utilisez des bananes fra\u00eeches qui ne sont pas parfaitement m\u00fbres, vous pouvez ajouter une cuil. \u00e0 soupe de miel, sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable ou d&#8217;agave \u00e0 votre smoothie pour apporter un peu de douceur. Il est \u00e9galement possible d&#8217;y ajouter une grosse datte d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9e &#8211; et de mixer un peu plus longtemps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajoutez du cacao en poudre non sucr\u00e9.<\/strong> Cela apportera des notes chocolat\u00e9es intenses.
