saladier m\u00e9langer la farine, le sel, le sucre.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Ajouter ensuite le lait, l&#8217;eau et demi oeuf battu.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">P\u00e9trir une dizaine de minutes, puis incorporer le beurre mou. Continuer de p\u00e9trir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le beurre soit bien incorpor\u00e9, le tout formant un paton lisse.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Laisser lever dans le saladier recouvert d&#8217;un torchon humide pendant 1h.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Former 4 boules de p\u00e2te et les placer sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Laisser lever encore 1h.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 190\u00b0C. Dorer les petits pains au pinceau avec l&#8217;oeuf battu et une petite cuill\u00e8re de lait. Saupoudrer de graines de s\u00e9same. Faire\u00a0cuire pendant 15 minutes.
