Pour l&#8217;activer, \u00e9miettez-la dans un bol et m\u00e9langez avec du lait ti\u00e8de (surtout pas trop chaud, au risque de tuer la levure) et un peu de sucre en poudre. Laissez ensuite reposer 5-10 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange commence \u00e0 gonfler et faire quelques petites bulles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 d\u00e9faut de levure boulang\u00e8re fra\u00eeche, on peut aussi utiliser de la levure d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9e. La maison toute enti\u00e8re enbaumait la cannelle et ma belle soeur \u00e9tait ravie de retrouver la saveur des cinnamon rolls de son enfance aux US, tandis que les enfants les d\u00e9voraient goul\u00fbment en faisant de petits <em>glourps<\/em>, <em>humm<\/em> et <em>miam<\/em> !<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n&#8217;en n&#8217;avez jamais entendu parler, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/demonstration-culinaire-de-patisseries-suedoises-au-salon-du-blog-culinaire\/\">fika<\/a> n&#8217;est autre qu&#8217;une pause caf\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9e de quelques p\u00e2tisserie. Dit comme \u00e7a, on comprend ais\u00e9ment pourquoi j&#8217;ai adopt\u00e9 la tradition si facilement \u00e0 mon arriv\u00e9e en Su\u00e8de, moi qui suis si gourmande&#8230; (oups !). Mais bien plus qu&#8217;une simple pause caf\u00e9, fika est une v\u00e9ritable institution en Su\u00e8de. De fait, toute occasion est bonne pour se r\u00e9unir autour d&#8217;un fika, dans la vie priv\u00e9e comme au travail. Et cela tombe bien, car la recette donne pas moins de 25 kanelbullar (pour info on dit <em>kanelbulle<\/em> au singulier et <em>kanelbullar<\/em> au pluriel), soit plus qu&#8217;il n&#8217;en faut pour nourrir son homme comme on dit. Faire reposer sous couvert d&#8217;un torchon pendant environ 30 minutes \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pour faire lever la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te sur 3 mm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur et 30 cm de large. \u00c9taler le beurre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante sur toute la surface, puis saupoudrer le sucre et la cannelle par dessus.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Rouler la p\u00e2te dans le sens de la longueur de telle sorte qu&#8217;elle forme un long rouleau, puis couper en 25 tranches. Les placer sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 ou mieux, dans des caissettes de taille moyenne. D\u00e9poser sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et laisser lever sous couvert d&#8217;un torchon pendant environ une heure ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les petites brioches aient doubl\u00e9 de taille.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Battre ensemble l&#8217;oeuf et l&#8217;eau et badigeonner les petites brioches de ce m\u00e9lange. Ajouter les perles de sucre par dessus pour d\u00e9corer.
