Cette recette est depuis devenue un classique chez nous et d\u00e8s que la saison des courges fait son apparition, ces tartines s&#8217;invitent au menu de temps \u00e0 autre. Je les garnis ensuite des diff\u00e9rents toppings : des d\u00e9s de potimarron r\u00f4tis, du bleu d&#8217;Auvergne, des noix et une pointe de miel. N&#8217;oubliez pas les herbes qui apportent de la fra\u00eecheur \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble.<\/p>\n<h2>Les ingr\u00e9dients de la recette :<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pain.<\/strong> Utilisez des tranches assez \u00e9paisses de pain au levain ou bien r\u00e9alisez votre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/pain-cocotte-ultra-facile-sans-petrissage\">pain maison<\/a> en vous basant sur cette recette simplissime.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Potimarron.<\/strong> Il est \u00e9galement possible d&#8217;utiliser de la courge butternut pour cette recette.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Noix.<\/strong> Pour une version un peu plus sophistiqu\u00e9e, vous pouvez les remplacer par des noix de p\u00e9can.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bleu d&#8217;Auvergne.<\/strong> Ou tout autre bleu conviendra \u00e9galement. Inutile de le choisir trop fait car la cuisson annulera cet effet &#8220;trop fort&#8221;. Si vous n&#8217;aimez pas le bleu, vous pouvez utiliser du ch\u00e8vre frais.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Miel.<\/strong> Tout type de miel conviendra (j&#8217;ai une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le miel de tr\u00e8fle).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Romarin + assaisonnement.<\/strong> Ne fa\u00eetes pas l&#8217;impasse sur les herbes (romarin et\/ou thym, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence utilis\u00e9s frais), car ils apportent une petite note tr\u00e8s rafra\u00eechissante aux tartines de potimarron. Lorsqu&#8217;elle est bien chaude, y faire fondre le beurre puis y toaster les cerneaux de noix en remuant souvent, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils prennent une jolie couleur dor\u00e9e. Transf\u00e9rer sur une assiette et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Remettre la po\u00eale sur le feu et y faire chauffer l&#8217;huile et le beurre restant. Lorsque le m\u00e9lange devient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement mousseux, y jeter les d\u00e9s de potimarron, et faire revenir pendant environ 5 minutes, en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le potimarron soit cuit et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9. Parsemer de romarin, saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Verser un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive sur les tranches de pain, puis les placer au four pour les faire griller quelques instants, environ 5-8 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Retirer les tartines du four et les garnir de potimarron, bleu d&#8217;Auvergne et miel.
