Puis j&#8217;ai opt\u00e9 pour la version \u00e0 la cardamome de la petite brioche (dite <\/span><em style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">kardemummabulle<\/em><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">\u00a0en su\u00e9dois, une version \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue et ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e personnellement), en y ajoutant un twist de framboises. Et le tour est jou\u00e9, une recette exactement comme je l&#8217;avais imagin\u00e9e et r\u00eav\u00e9e. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Mon amie <\/span><a style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\" href=\"https:\/\/havemoscakeandeatittoo.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mo<\/a><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">, folle\u00a0de framboises, en perdrait la raison ! Une texture douce et brioch\u00e9e, bien fruit\u00e9e et d\u00e9licieusement parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 la cardamome. Oups, pardon mais l\u00e0 c&#8217;est l&#8217;heure du fika, je vais devoir vous laisser, des petites brioches \u00e0 la cardamome et \u00e0 la framboise m&#8217;appellent !<\/span><\/p>\n<p Ajouter le sel, le sucre, la cardamome et presque toute la farine (en garder pour la surface de pr\u00e9paration). Travailler jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obstention d&#8217;une p\u00e2te lisse et souple et former une boule. Couvrir avec un torchon et laisser la p\u00e2te lever pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer la garniture : moudre les graines de cardamome dans un mortier \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un pilon*. M\u00e9langer le beurre avec les zestes de citron, la cardamome et le sucre.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te en un large rectangle sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e. R\u00e9pandre la garniture beurre-cardamome sur la moiti\u00e9 du rectangle dans le sens de la longueur. \u00c9taler par dessus la confiture de framboises puis y disposer les framboises elles-m\u00eames. Plier la p\u00e2te de telle sorte que le c\u00f4t\u00e9 vide recouvre le c\u00f4t\u00e9 avec la garniture.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Faire des entailles dans la p\u00e2te, d&#8217;1 cm de large de la mani\u00e8re qui suit : couper une bande sur deux de haut en bas, la deuxi\u00e8me bande s&#8217;arr\u00eatant \u00e0 1,5 cm du haut de la bande (cf. image ci-dessous). Prendre chaque bande de 2 cm et tresser les deux bandes plus fines qui la composent. Replier cette sorte de tresse sur elle-m\u00eame et la d\u00e9poser dans une large caissette ou bien directement sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9. Recouvrir d&#8217;un torchon pendant 30 minutes et laisser les petites brioches gonfler encore davantage.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Badigeonner les petites brioches d&#8217;oeuf battu \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un pinceau et parsemer de perles de sucres.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Enfourner \u00e0 mi hauteur \u00e0 225\u00b0C pendant 8 minutes. Laisser refroidir les petites brioches sur une grille et recouvrir d&#8217;un torchon. Vous pouvez d\u00e9guster les petites brioches peu de temps apr\u00e8s leur sortie du four, mais il est \u00e9galement possible de les congeler.
