Je vous partage n\u00e9anmoins quelques astuces pour un succ\u00e8s garanti :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Les chanterelles sont un ingr\u00e9dient noble, subtile en saveur et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement relativement on\u00e9reux. Alors quitte \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser la recette, voyez les choses en grand et pr\u00e9parez votre p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e maison. Ajouter les oignons de printemps (ou le poireau*) et faire sauter pendant 2 minutes. Ajouter les champignons lav\u00e9s et s\u00e9ch\u00e9s puis faire sauter pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient tendres.
