Il y a bien s\u00fbr la fameuse <em>blueberry pie<\/em> am\u00e9ricaine avec ses croisillons de p\u00e2te sur le dessus, mais aussi la <em>bl\u00e5b\u00e4rpaj<\/em>\u00a0su\u00e9doise qui repose sur un lit de cr\u00e8me vanill\u00e9e et qui est r\u00e9hauss\u00e9e d&#8217;un crumble. Et puis il y a\u00a0celles que l&#8217;on trouve en France dans les r\u00e9gions montagneuses avec une base de poudre d&#8217;amande entre la p\u00e2te et les fruits.<\/p>\n<p>Ici, j&#8217;ai entrepris de me focaliser sur la p\u00e2te plut\u00f4t que sur la garniture, r\u00e9alisant une p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 la cannelle. Au final, c&#8217;est un vrai succ\u00e8s. La cannelle r\u00e9hausse le parfum des baies (j&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;opter pour des baies sauvages plut\u00f4t que des myrtilles seules), elles-m\u00eames dispos\u00e9es sur un lit de poudre d&#8217;amandes. Un dessert en toute simplicit\u00e9 qui, servi avec une boule de glace \u00e0 la vanille, \u00e9merveillera vos papilles. Au milieu, verser le sel, le sucre, la cannelle et le beurre ramolli. Sabler avec les doigts et reformer un puits. Battre ensuite les oeufs dans un petit bol et les ajouter au centre du puits. Fraiser la p\u00e2te et fa\u00e7onner une boule. \u00c9taler la p\u00e2te entre deux feuilles de film alimentaire, l&#8217;enrouler et laisser reposer au moins deux heures.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four 180\u00b0C. \u00c9taler la p\u00e2te dans le fond d&#8217;un moule \u00e0 tarte de 26 cm de diam\u00e8tre. Piquer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le fond avec une fourchette et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Pour la garniture : m\u00e9langer la poudre d&#8217;amandes avec le sucre glace et r\u00e9partir ce m\u00e9lange sur le fond de la p\u00e2te. Ajouter les myrtilles et les m\u00fbres sauvages.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Enfourner environ 30 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C.
