Je suis une inconditionnelle du mariage entre le fromage et le miel, et heureusement il existe toute sorte de fromages (et de miels!).\u00a0Alors que le halloumi\u00a0est un fromage relativement caoutchouteux, les aubergines \u00e9quilibrent l&#8217;ensemble en lui apportant\u00a0un aspect fondant et les noix du croustillant. Ces croustifondants, accompagn\u00e9s de quelques feuilles de salade verte, constituent une entr\u00e9e parfaite pour le diner.<\/p>\n<svg aria-hidden=\"true\" style=\"position: absolute;width: Disposer les rondelles d&#8217;aubergine sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et badigeonner les d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Couper le halloumi en tranches et les d\u00e9poser sur la moiti\u00e9 des rondelles d&#8217;aubergine. Ajouter ensuite les noix, l&#8217;ail, le thym, l&#8217;origan, le cumin puis saler et poivrer. Recouvrir ensuite de l&#8217;autre moiti\u00e9 de rondelles d&#8217;aubergine.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Faire griller les croustifondants d&#8217;aubergine et halloumi au four pendant 10 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Retirer ensuite la plaque de cuisson du four et ouvrir les croustifondants en retirant la rondelle d&#8217;aubergine du dessus. Ajouter un filet de miel sur chaque croustifondant de halloumi puis recouvrir de la rondelle d&#8217;aubergine. Dans ce cas, il vous faut dans un premier temps faire griller au barbecue les tranches de halloumi ainsi que les rondelles d&#8217;aubergine pr\u00e9alablement badigeonn\u00e9es d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive sur les deux faces.
