La recette avait besoin d&#8217;un petit rafra\u00eechissement, alors je vous la repartage aujourd&#8217;hui avec quelques mises \u00e0 jour pour vous la rendre plus accessible, des conseils r\u00e9ussite, ainsi que de nouvelles photos pour vous mettre en app\u00e9tit. Choisissez 1\/2 oignon assez petit, ou bien remplacez-les par des \u00e9chalotes si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards.<\/strong> Assurez-vous d&#8217;utiliser des pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards (plut\u00f4t que des \u00e9pinards) et ciselez les feuilles les plus grosses. Cela aidera \u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles ne s&#8217;\u00e9chappent pas lorsque vous fa\u00e7onnerez les galettes. Une autre alternative consiste \u00e0 pr\u00e9cuire les pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards (non cisel\u00e9es) dans un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive pour fl\u00e9trir un peu les feuilles qui seront alors plus faciles \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans la mixture de quinoa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Feta, emiett\u00e9.<\/strong> Vous pouvez \u00e9galement uiliser du ch\u00e8vre frais \u00e0 la place, ou pour les amateurs de saveurs plus fortes, optez pour un bleu de votre choix, emiett\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oeufs.<\/strong> C&#8217;est le liant qui aide les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 bien s&#8217;agglom\u00e9rer les uns aux autres.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ch\u00e2pelure.<\/strong> Vous pouvez utiliser de la chapelure pr\u00eate \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi, maison, ou bien encore de la ch\u00e2pelure sans gluten ou encore des flocons d&#8217;avoine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>1-2 petits piments (facultatif).<\/strong> Si la recette s&#8217;adresse \u00e0 des enfants, mieux vaut les enlever, surtout s&#8217;ils sont assez sensibles aux \u00e9pices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Huile d&#8217;olive + assaisonnement<\/strong> (sel et poivre). Ajoutez ensuite la feta et les l\u00e9gumes : oignons\/ail\/\u00e9chalotes pour apporter de la saveur, les \u00e9pinards pour une touche de vert, et le chili pour une petite pointe d&#8217;\u00e9pices. Incorporez ensuite la ch\u00e2pelure pour absorber l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 de la texture, en ajustant la quantit\u00e9 au besoin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Formez ensuite les galettes de quinoa<\/strong> \u00e0 la main ou en utilisant une petite tasse. Ajuster la quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;eau ou de ch\u00e2pelure au besoin, selon que la mixture soit trop s\u00e8che ou inversement trop humide.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Pr\u00e9lever un peu de mixture \u00e0 la main ou \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une tasse de mesure, puis fa\u00e7onner les galettes. Transf\u00e9rer les galettes de quinoa sur une plaque ou une assiette et placer le tout au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 15 minutes, afin d&#8217;assurer une bonne tenue des galettes \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Faire chauffer un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une large po\u00eale \u00e0 fond anti-adh\u00e9sif plac\u00e9e sur feu moyen. Y faire cuire 3 galettes \u00e0 la fois, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient bien dor\u00e9es, puis retourner \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule et cuire sur l&#8217;autre face. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#8217;op\u00e9ration jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9puisement des galettes, en ajoutant de l&#8217;huile de cuisson au besoin.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Pr\u00e9parer la sauce au yaourt et au citron en m\u00e9langeant tous les ingr\u00e9dients.
