French Baking
Many families have the same morning routine in France. A parent wakes up early, goes to the bakery, and buys pastries & fresh-from-the-oven baguettes for the family to eat at breakfast. On Sundays, families will buy cakes & tarts for lunch. We definitely take baking very seriously. And although sweet recipes, such as this Dark Chocolate Fondant Cake, are more famous than savory recipes, French baking does include a slew of quiches and tarts. They are easy to prepare, easy to freeze for later, and easy to share with friends and family. Why don't you bake my French Leek Quiche With Comté Cheese? You cannot miss the classic quiche lorraine.
