This healthy purple colored blackberry smoothie is loaded with antioxidants and superfoods thanks to both red berries and chia seeds. Use dairy or non-dairy milk as you like it.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz (200g) frozen blackberries
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seed
  • 2 cups (50 cl) milk, dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 Tablespoon honey
  • 4 fresh blackberries for decoration
  • 2 toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients with a blender for 5 minutes. Make sure you use frozen blackberries and cold milk so that the smoothie becomes slightly frothy.
  2. Serve in two glasses. Put two blackberries in each toothpick and put across the top of the glass and enjoy!
