My smoothie recipes are by far the easiest recipes I have on the blog, and they are also among the most popular (you can find them all in the drinks section in the recipe index). Easy and quick to prepare, you can’t go wrong with them. As I was not a huge fan of fruit when I was younger (and even now for some of them), using them into smoothies is always a good option to increase my fruit intake.

In summer, my favorite smoothies are the sunrise apricot strawberry smoothie, the tropical green detox smoothie, the mango smoothie and the blackberry chia seed smoothie. And of course I can add some smoothie bowls, like my delicious green avocado smoothie (doesn’t taste greens at all!) and my exotic mango smoothie bowl.

You could basically enjoy them anytime of the day. Personally, I like to start the day with a delicious smoothie for breakfast. It’s like a small routine that puts you in a good mood: you choose the fruits you like, blend them together, add a little twist from time to time, pour into a glass and dip a lovely straw into the drink. When you go for the smoothie bowl option, you can also have fun with the topping of your choice.

Coconut and pineapple are two fruits I always loved. I enjoy their sweet and tropical taste, and they remind me of the sun and warm weather, islands, and chilling on the beach. A very relaxing feeling that you can find by sipping this yummy tropical smoothie. Give it a try!
